"We were accused of leaving burn holes in the sheets and charged $250. There was never a lit cigarette in the room so that is a lie. Speaking with customer service did no good. I feel like it’s just another way to rob the customer. I am very upset at the accusation and won’t revisit or recommend to friends."

A Good Night's Rest
"Clean, and accomodating (I'm a little handicapped; when I asked if my room was far down the hall, the clerk said it was , but "wait a second, let me move you closer to the lobby". ..and she did! MUCH appreciated. The location can be off-putting, but once inside, it's as comortable as the one that used to be across I-64 where I stayed a few years ago. I stayed a little longer in the a.m. to give time for the roads to clear after a snowfall overnight. The parking lot was plowed and cleared by 9:00a.m. This a beautiful part of the state to visit!"
