"This hotel is located about 2.5 hours from Managua. It has a private beach that is amazing, secluded, warm water, great waves for surfing, and wonderful sunsets. "I booked this place through Booking. Save $10 by showing up in person. I reserved the room for two people and then one of the girl’s friends showed up for a visit. Neither girl stayed the night but I was charged an extra $15 on top of the already over-priced room. The owners watched carefully and even knocked on my room door at one point to tell me that I was not allowed visitors. The hotels in also about 3 miles outside of the downtown area. "It was very nice especially for the area it’s hard to find a nice clean place to lay your head in this part of Nicaragua. The room was very clean smelled good nice working air conditioner no complaints with the room at all. The staff was also very nice and helpful . Good The only thing I found negative was the pool was not really that clean inside there was a lot of something floating in the water in the bottom I don’t think the filter does a very good job. We actually did not go in the water. I wasn’t willing to risk getting some kind of bacteria or something on my skin. "
