You really get what you paid for. The studio is extremely small comfortable for just 1 person. The bathrooms need updated for sure. They change towels everyday but the towels are beat up and falling apart. The sheets had some stains on it.

Navona Studios has a lovely location in the middle of Old San Juan. Plenty of shopping, eating out and sightseeing options just around the corner. The place is clean, rooms are in great shape and the service staff is lovely. It's also worth noticing that hey provide you with great options to store your luggage in case you arrive early or you leave San Juan after the check out time. I would definitely stay there again!

We were welcomed with smiles and lots of enthusiasm. Area was great for shopping, eats and drinks. The property was clean and we had a wonderful room with a balcony. Highly recommend!!! If you’re into quiet and peaceful may not be your taste but it’s a great centered spot for nightlife and shopping!! Thank you Navona!!

This is a good spot to stay for one night. We were headed for a cruise. There are lots of places to eat. Be aware, the is no lobby. We got our keys from the jewelry store next door. The bed in our room was a double. No coffee machine, no hair dryer and no elevator. You have to carry your own luggage up the stairs. The room was very simple with a tv and bathroom. We stayed in a room facing the street which was very busy and vey noisy. The location was great and there are lots if places to eat. Remember, if it is for one night, it is clean and simple but if you are not able to carry your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs, this won't be the place for you. ,

We stayed here twice. 1 day before our cruise and 3 after. The first room was horrible (rm 11) no window air too cold and only cold water in the sink but a trickle of hot water in the shower. Water pressure was not that great in the shower. On our return day, we booked the balcony. We stayed in room two that layout of the room was so much better than our first night.. most reviews don’t mention the walk up there are stairs no elevator. The only downside to the balcony window is it faced the street and it was loud noise all night long and what appeared to be workers or a worker blasting his music before 6 AM which seem to be right outside our window.

The street was out my balcony and noisy. I'm glad i only had to carry my luggage up one floor. But it's safe and clean and quite comfortable.

Central location in Old San Juan. Great option for the price point. Clean, great views. Easy checking (within hours checkin is available at jewellery store. Seasoned travellers with no complaints! There is no elevator for this that may need something more accessible.

The property is in a nice area of the old town, but that's really all I can say that's positive. There is one AC system for the whole building and AC cannot be controlled at the room level. Our room was FREEZING cold. We literally slept with our clothes on it was so cold. We were not the only people complaining. Also there were no 'in case of fire' instructions, no escape route maps. I looked at one fire extinguisher in a public area, and it was last serviced in 2017. I would never go back there.

We loved staying here! It's located in the middle of Old San Juan, just a few minutes from Plaza de Armas, Mayor's house, a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants and more. Check-in was quick and we were greeted with a big smile. The room was clean, pretty and in great shape. You can also access the rooftop to enjoy the evening. We definitely want to go back to Old San Juan and stay here again. Thank you again!

Everything was lovely, except the noise outside at night made it impossible to sleep, even with ear plugs. Wonderful place during daytime and great location for walking.

Perfect location
The location is excellent, and the room was cute. I also found the bed nice and soft. It's a good choice if you plan on checking in during regular business hours and don't mind cold AC. If you check in after 5pm, you will likely need to go through extra steps. We had to call several times before they would pick up. Also, you don't have a thermostat, and it can get pretty cool at night. I had to sleep in a sweatshirt, but I guess that's better than being too hot.

Great location. Walking distance to everything worth seeing. Seamless check in. Dorm style accommodations - clean but inferior bed, bedding and VERY thin walls. May stay there again for right price.

The hot water didn’t work to wash your hands but only hot water worked for the shower. Vents were coming off. Fire alarm was sitting on the desk. Not what I was expecting.

The Studio is very sweet. However, I had to walk up four flights of stairs with three heavy pieces of luggage!!!! I am 68. They definitely need to notify people that there is no elevator service! Or assistance with luggage
