Good value for its reasonable price. Simple and practical hotel with a good breakfast buffet in a trendy and safe area. The beaches near the hotel are not good (rough sea, small beaches, not umbrellas or showers...) but an Uber to the good beaches near Farol da Barra or to the old town (Pelourinho) are very inexpensive. Recommendable hotel.

Excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars, affordable valet service, customer service always available and super helpful. Definitely take advantage of their continental breakfast 😉

I didn't like that the fee for breakfast wasn't included in the cost of the room. I didn't like that there was no hot pot in the room. There is one in the Mercure. I absolutely loved the reception staff

Bed linen below standard with stains and wholes dirty walls furniture broken walls with falling paint NO SMALL TOWELLS, NO FACE TOWELLs Dirty windows Noisy aircon Staff lovely and friendly really are the best of the place as well as the breakfast.

The surroundings are nice, very good choice of restaurants, nice evening life especially during the WEs. Internet is bit weak from time to time

Nice hotel, a little dated but has been very well maintained and clean. Would have loved to have a coffee maker available, but overall enjoyed my stay. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars and a few clubs.

Not aging so well
This was our second stay here. The first time must have been just after they’d renovated, a couple years back. The facilities are not aging so well. Probably too many broken things to list here, but if you’re expecting the standards of an international chain, you may be disappointed. The breakfast buffet, on the other hand, is another story. Omelets to order, three types of cereal/granola/oats, a range of fruits and cheeses and Brazilian specialty dishes. I guess it’s let down by the coffee, which comes from a push-button vending machine, but that wasn’t anything a little Nescau couldn’t fix.

The most important thing to say is I’m so happy I can take my dog with me because it’s pet friendly (only small dogs, though). And the location of it is in the best part of Salvador.

Whenever I go to Salvador I stay at this Ibis unit. The location is great, the staff caters very well, the hotel has been renovated and is even better.

Close to beach
Steps from the beach in the Rio Vermehlo area of Salvador. A comfortable hotel but rooms are very small and poorly designed. Not much room for anything besides a bed and the bathroom showers are tiny.

Ideal para poucos dias.
Localização boa, fácil acesso para se locomover de táxi e aplicativos. Serviço de bebida caro no restaurante. Achei alguns funcionários da recepção poucos receptivos (no check-in) e qd precisei de um late check out. Para dois dias o hotel me atendeu de forma geral.

Sempre fico na rede IBIS O apartamento que fiquei precisa de reforma, teto do banheiro, pedra de mármore da pia sujo incardido, assento de vaso sanitário precisa trocar A cama, o colchão péssimo afunda no meio, parece uma canoa no mais cafe da manhã excelente
