The location worked well for us. The property is tired, and needs maintenance and upgrading. People generally quite helpful, but had constant problems with poor WiFi as we were also trying to do some work there. Does not deliver on the pictures presented, so when expectations are higher can be a problem

We were asked to be registered at hotel “system” twice: one time by someone at tours guide and de second at front desk. Not sure what they were doing but it feels like they were trying to get us on a sort of spam database list then at hotel property, such waste of time and not professional approach on gathering our personal info twice!

The quality of food was poor, no towel service you have to rent the towels which are extremely small. Attitude of staff was they don´t care about anything. not helpful. The room was clean. The air conditionig was uncontrollable. Maitenance after one or two calls per day never ever showed to fix it. Never ever stay here.

This place looks nice in pictures. When you get there, the rooms are small, dirty, full of dust, unkept, they had mosquitoes and roaches and mice. The fitness room was a joke. It looked like a museum of dusty really old workout equipment from the 70s. The spa was decent. The restaurant had slow and poor service. The beach is full of rocks and it’s overall a trashy place. We checked out after day 1. We were staying 3 days. It was awful

Amazing swimming pool
The highlights were the swimming pool and good food options. Things closed up early and the hotel is quite old. A useful option for the price if you like to spend the day in the pool/beach.

Ive been here probably 20 + times.. the best part is location. Beach front. You can sleep with the door to the beach open and listen to the waves all night long. Close to the airport. The hotel is a little run down and the TV in the room in super small and old. Food is good , not great. But i still love this place .

The pool area was fantastic, the music by the pool was a little boring and they could have played more up to date/festive music. The entertainment was okay, luckily it didn't last too long. The drink service by the pool was pretty good, was a little slow if you're really trying to party, but otherwise it was definitely not as slow as other reviewers have complained. Jucilene (by the pool) was wonderful. The beach was gorgeous, had everything you could possibly need (food, drinks, chairs, umbrellas). Water was beautiful, but too rough to swim in right in front of the hotel. The beach area felt very safe and there were very few people walking around bothering you to buy things as with many other South American beaches. The room was nice, clean, view of the ocean was fantastic. The elevator is like a SAUNA. It is so freaking hot. If we weren't on the 5th floor I would have walked. Breakfast had A LOT of options. Is it the best quality food? No, but was it decent? Absolutely. The one night we ate at the dinner buffet, the food was pretty good, nothing to write home about but I would have eaten there again for the sake of convenience after a long day in the sun. There is a supermarket very close by and a pharmacy which are convenient. The ONLY downfall with this hotel is that it is VERY far from Pelourinho/Rio Vermelho which are the main areas to hang out and things we wanted to see. Otherwise, loved the hotel and WILL return!

The front desk was excellent. The mattresses in my room were hard. I had a stiff neck for days.. The poolside area was great but the service could be better. My fiancé and I ordered two drinks . We could see the drinks in the bar and the waitress was doing something else . We waited until she was finished but she did not bring our drinks .I got up and got the drinks myself. She ignored us after that

Decent hotel near the beach. The pool closes at 6pm. Not much around the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Room can be updated as well. The reject any negative comments so beware, hope this one doesn’t get rejected 🙅‍♂️

Not close to town or any sights, but a good, self-contained resort-type hotel, lots of stuff for families, big pool and play areas and right on the beach.

So sad to see beautiful beaches full of debri and plastic they just don't seem to care the Hotell is 3rd rate will not go back
