Service and Staff was great! The establishment was really clean. No complaints hands down! The only issue was when going to my room a female dog was hanging around and out of nowhere she just got aggressive and started barking then once I finally opened my door to enter my room she snapped and almost bite me! For the saftey of the customers please situated the problem.

It was a great experience, only wished that they had a small refrigerator in the room but overall, I loved it and I will be making reservations again. Side note; I just want to apologize to the staff as I thought that something was taken from my room which did not happen. Your staff are trustworthy people and again, my apologies for my mistake.

Came to Saipan Vegas to check in and had to wait because the individual that does the checkin went to do an errand. In addition, they did not have a room available for my needs. Had to go and find accommodation elsewhere. Their lodging are like shipping/ storage containers. Not what I expected. The rooms are too small.

It’s a cute, comfortable and homey place to stay and very much worth the price per night. The container structured rooms give a private vibe without feeling secluded. The interior was simple but more than enough to stay comfortable during the stay. There’s parking near all sections of the wings (there’s a upper and lower level, and about 6 sections), so parking is really convenient. We had a early morning flight to catch which was 8 hours before check out, and the manager waived the room the last room fee so that we wouldn’t pay just be there for a few hours. We highly recommend this stay!

Good place, greater price!
It was a great place! The bathroom had a funky smell and was leaking a bit, but it was manageable for the price. They also gave some free accommodations as we which was a plus!

Not what iecoected. The customer service was awesome but the tooms were leaking waterr and the befs were hard and not comfy plus the sherts were inside out and dirty, i had to bring my own bkanket to sleep with. But it wad cheap too.

The rooms are metal containers roof leaked asked for shower towels never received them. Used my shirt to dry off. Very disappointed with Expedia charged me more than what hotel was really asking. Expedia dropped the ball on this one.

Very small room, bed takes up entire space almost. No mirror so I cut myself shaving! TV small and mounted very high. Loud neighbors. Room was clean but no maid service unless you ask. Towels and amenities ok.

Would recommend if you like to gamble, there isn't a lot to do at the resort if you don't like gambling & golf, golf is unlimited for guest :) and the staff are all SUPER NICE! we rented a car so we were not just gambling we were out and about a lot! they have an good inexpensive breakfast until 10:30 & in the evening they make a 2.00 meal that was always good.

저렴하게 잘 지내다 왔어요. 공항에 데리러 무료로 와주셨고 다른 곳에 갈 때도 잠깐 기다리라면서 차로 무료로 데려다 주셨어요. 방도 깨끗했고 에어컨도 시원했고요. 화장실에 샴푸, 물비누, 비누, 칫솔, 치약 모두 새것이고 향도 좋았어요. 물 2병에 큰 타올도 있고요. 도넛 가게가 앞에 있어서 간단한 음식 먹기도 좋고 앞에 여러 음식점들도 있어서 좋아요. 뜨거운 물, 찬 물 다 마실 수 있고 믹스커피도 타서 마실 수 있습니다. 와이파이도 잘 터집니다. 스텝 분들 다 친절하시고 좋게 대해주셔서 감사했어요. 숙박도 잘 지내다 왔지만 지나가면서 카지노 구경하는 것도 재미있었네요...ㅋㅋ 하도 잘해주셔서 그런지 사이판에 가면 다시 꼭 가고 싶은 곳이예요.^^ 감사해요. 번창하세요~

숙소 자체가 컨테이너에요.. 낮엔 덥고 밤엔 춥고 ㅜㅜ 방에는 침대 2개가 꽉 차 있어요. 캐리어 놓을 자리만 없는게 아니라 옆 침대로 가려면 게 걸음으로 가야해요~ 첫날 체크인하면 생수2병이 있지만 냉장고가 없어서 밍밍한 물이구요 ㅜㅜ... 수건은 달라고 해야만 받을 수 있으니 꼭 샤워전에 요청하세요~~ 참~~ 무료픽업? 메일 보내고 연락도 없더니 체크인때 자기가 편명 물어보는 메일 보냈어야 했는데 못 보냈다며 미안하다고 ㅋ 그러더니 바로 제 메일로 편명 묻는 메일을 보냈더라구요. 뭔가 자기들이 무료 픽업을 한 것 마냥 ㅎ 픽업 받으시려면 예약할 때 요청하시고 꼭 전화하세요~~ 여기는 말하지 않으면 뭐든 없습니다. 그래도 좋은 거 하나는 게임 바우처 10달러 자리 준거랑 1층 빵집에 빵 맛있는거예요

가격은 저렴하지만...
가격이 저렴하다는 부분 빼고는 인상이 썩 좋지는 않은 호텔입니다. 특히나 아이를 동반한 경우에는 더더욱 그렇네요 귀국항공편이 새벽이어서 반일 정도 머물렀는데 청소상태나 어매니티 준비 상태가 엉망이었어요. 객실에 수건이 비치되어있지 않아서 3시 이후에는 하우스키핑과 관련된 서비스를 모두 이용할 수 없었습니다. 객실 청소 상태도 엉망이었습니다. 3시에 체크인하러 갔는데 바로 청소를 하는듯 했어요 급하게 청소를 해서 그런지 객실 정돈이 잘 안되어 있었습니다.

저렴한거 하나만 좋고, 바닥에 개미있고 컨테이너건물이라 해뜨면 엄청 뜨거워지고 좀 많이 놀랐습니다... 새벽에 공항에 도착하기때문에 예약할떄 픽업 요청했는데 공항에서 아무리 기다려도 안와서 유심카드 공항꺼 그냥 빨리 사서 (원래는 그 다음날에 타운에서 천천히 사려고함) 연락해보니 픽업요청이 전달이 안된것같더군요... 이런 커뮤니케이션 미스 부분은 좀 고치셔야 할것 같습니다. 호텔이 번화가에서 떨어져서 그런지 차로 배웅해주는건 아주 잘해줍니다. 이건 정말 만족. 운전해주는 스탭들도 매우 친절했습니다

새벽도착 - 저렴하게 있다왓어요~
늦은 새벽까지 픽업 와주셨구요, 아침일찍 리조트까지 가는 택시 불러달라고 했더니 가스 넣으러 가시는길에 프리로 드랍해주셨어요~ 친절합니다~~ 공항 셔틀 요청하실때는 호텔로 전화하셔서 요청하셔야 해요~ 메일 보내도 회신없음

중간보다 약간 못하다고 생각되는 호텔
일단 사이판은 무척 작은 섬이고 대중교통이 없다고 하더라도 이동수단은 많으니 위치가 애매한 점은 신경쓰이지 않았습니다. 좋았던 점은 직원들이 나름 친절했던 점. 바로 옆에 맥도날드가 있어 싼 값에 밥을 먹을 수 있는 점. 길 건너에 마트가 있어서 장을 볼 수 있던 점. 와이파이가 잘 터지는 점 등이 있었습니다. 안 좋았던 점은, 처음에 방을 열자마자 침대 베개 위에 있던 바퀴벌레. 거기에서 위생에 큰 불신이 생겼죠. 리조트 근처에 떠돌이 개인지 기르는 개인지 중대형 견들이 돌아다니는 점. 착한 놈들인것 같지만 무척 가까이 돌아다녀서 개를 무서워하거나 알레르기가 있는 분들은 조심하셔야할 것 같습니다. 그리고 방음이 전혀 안 되는 점. 컨테이너를 개조해서 방을 여러개 만든것 같은 구조는 방음이 전혀 되지 않습니다. 밖에서 사람이 걸어다니는 소리, 떠드는 소리, 핸드폰 벨소리까지 다 들렸습니다. 고용인들로 보이는 사람들이 야외 테이블에서 술판을 벌이는 것 같던데 그것 때문에 하루 통째로 잠을 못 잤죠... 제 기준에서는 이게 제일 마이너스 였습니다. 가성비는 나쁘지 않지만, 전체적으로 봤을 때 절대 훌륭한 숙소는 아닙니다. 지인들에게 추천하지는 않겠습니다.
