"We had great stay. It was a bit tricky to find our way in because of the pedestrianisation of the street where it is located. Despite having booked a parking spot, we were not given instructions on how to go about passing the electric bollards until we called the hotel on our second trial. But we were then given clear directions over the phone whilst traveling which was a great help. Despite the fact that like many places in France there is barely not many restaurants open on Sundays and Mondays...

"The room was very nice, friendly staff and the breakfast was wonderful. Location is excellent too. Our only complaint is the smell of the fish garbage from the adjoining restaurant that wafts into the hotel lobby. "We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. "Perfect place to stay to explore La Rochelle. In the heart of the old town and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. A small supermarket is located nearly next door. Walking distance from the train station - less tha. 5 minute flat walk. Friendly staff, clean room with large comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast available which we had both mornings. Only downside is there was no kettle in the room to be able to make a hot drink."
