We didn’t need to use the hotel amenities, but they looked to be comprehensive and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly which made our stay even more comfortable. "Great service from shuttle pick up at car rental agency to airport drop off! Lovely hotel with very generous "continental" breakfast. Very comfortable beds, quiet hallways, neat and tidy bathrooms with redone showers. Wonderful. Airport shuttle is a super feature!"

"The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....
