He allowed us to check in early after an overnight train and sorted our onward bus for us. We also hired a motorbike for the day which was very convenient - he sorted everything. "Stay was so-so. Room wasn’t very clean when I arrived - sink was not cleaned and had hair/toothpaste stains, there was garbage in the garbage can. You could plug in either the tv or the fridge but not both! The reception was usually empty, and often the lights would be off and you would have to feel your way to the stairs.
