I used to come to this hotel regularly years ago and it was wonderful to go back and see that the brilliant service and excellent breakfast remained unchanged! "I left my computer charger plugged in the wall socket next to the bed, I called within 2hrs of checking out to notify the hotel that i had done this but even having had to called back the next day too they claimed (or their cleaning staff claimed) that they had not found it. I absolutely did leave it in the room, there was no way I was confused and did not. Very disappointed with the poor service of the hotel and I suspect dishonest nature of their cleaning staff."

"A very good location for walking into Leamington Spa. I liked the fresh modern decoration and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a shame that the bathroom was let down by the worn out dirty shower screen seal."

"Didn't get to stay in 2 bed apartment on the premise that the flat was ruined by the previous occupant. Went past it from the station though and it seemed fine... Was moved to 1 bed apartment owned by the operator. This had no parking and was further away from the gardens. On top of that we were told that we had to leave the keys under the doormat because the electrician had to come round. That meant we had to leave the keys under the mat while we were out all day, forcing us to keep our...
