The only i didn't like was that the bathroom wasn't clean. The last person's hair was in the shower and all over the floor.

Good value in the middle of the desert
I stayed in an economy motel room and it was larger than I was expecting, and was furnished with a place to work, microwave, fridge and an electric oven. The blinds kept the light out well but the walls were a little on the thin side. I checked in when the office was unstaffed and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Given this is one of only two accommodation options in town and the only one with campsite options, I thought it represented pretty good value.

We stayed for one night on the way back to Adelaide from Coober Pedy. The room was very comfortable, had everything we needed, we could have taken the bed with us it just wrapped itself around us& was so comfortable. Only issue was with contacting me re safe. My phone is with Vodafone. No one told us that Telstra is the only provider that can get a signal north of Port Augusta. Don’t know what I would have done if no one was in the office!!!

Comfortable Stay in Roxby Downs
The room is fairly basic considering the price per night. The bed was reasonably comfortable and had all required utensils crockery and cutlery in the kitchen to enable self catering and cooking. The air conditioner worked really well considering it was 40 degrees the day I arrived.

Not much choice
We arrived at cabin we had reserved after 2pm and it had not been cleaned post vacating of previous tenants. We were moved to another cabin which was fine until next morning when we were interrupted by cleaning staff at 9am! Checkout is not til 10am so were not happy. Big disappointment with the whole set up as there was no pool . And for price paid to stay a night it wasn't money's worth of amenities.

Roxby Downs an oasis in the outback
Cabin Park is very neat, well planned and easy to navigate with access code security gates. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with heating, cooling and meals preparation facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Located centrally in town all amenities are no more than 5 minutes away. The major attractions of the opal town of Andamooka only 30 minutes away by car and the rocket range town of Woomera only 40 minutes away. A great place to visit

Great option in Roxby
Consistently a comfortable, clean, and safe place to stay in Roxby. The rooms are sparkling clean and have convenient elements (e.g., small kitchen, living area, iron) and I love the outside spaces as well.

Oasis in Roxby
This is the best accommodation in Roxby Downs. Located within walking distance to the centre of town the cabins are spacious, modern and well equipped for dining in. BBQ areas are great and playground for the kids. Staff is very friendly and professional. Overall a great place to stay.

Very pleasant stay. Reception was friendly, motel room new, clean, quiet and spacious. Short walk to main street. Would definitely stay there again.

Our Room was clean and comfortable. Extremely Disappointed with payment taken from our account without notice. We booked 3 months in advance and half the amount owing was taken out on the day we booked. Final payment was taken out of our account without notification or permission 4 days before arrival as " the staff were going away". Not Happy with the lack of communication and disruption to our finances and budget.

Stayed overnight on the way to Coober Peedy in a standard motel room. Spotless in terms of cleanliness great facilities such as kitchen, bathroom and tv. Staff were friendly and the main road with shops and visitors cente is a short drive away.

Comfort in the Outback
Cabins are roomy, very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning which is essential in this part of South Australia. Cooking facilities in house are very clean and BBQ facilities available. A very good place to stay for cabins and / or caravans. Woomera (Rocket Range) and Andamooka (Opal Mines) only short drives away.

Comfortable and Cool
After a long hot day traveling, arrived at room and the airconditioner was on so perfect room temp. Couch and bed comfortable. Perfect room for 2. Only one thing, remember to ask for extra milk for coffees.

A great place close to all amenities
We were travelling on motorcycles and fellow riders used bbq facilities. The park is a combination of studio units, family units and caravan pull throughs with great amenities close to town

Would stay again!
We were very happy with our accommodation at Discovery Parks at Roxby Downs. It was very clean with modern appliances, perfect for the 2 of us. The staff were very friendly & helpful which always adds to the experience. If we ever venture to Roxby Downs again, we will definitely be staying here again.
