This hotel was in a great location and very clean. The serve yourself breakfast was excellent. The only negative is the honking of car horns late at night. Not sure if there was a celebration?

Great room and staff and very convenient. In searching hotels our filters included bar and restaurant on site. There is a self serve market on site with beer, wine and food but but definitely not a restaurant ir bar

It's a perfect place to stay in Rotterdam, lots of shopping choices, walking distance to both Central anc Blaak station. Breakfast choice is flexible with reasonable price. We'l come back in yhe future trip to Amsterdam.

Good location. Shame there isn't a bar for the evening but self service kiosk is sufficient. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Rotterdam, very close to metro and trams and easy walk to many shops and restaurants. Hotel was luxurious and staff were super friendly and welcoming. I really liked the food market on second floor which is open 24/7, really nice touch.

I really enjoyed my stay. From the check-in clerk who was fast, efficient and gave me good explanation on my stay. Hotel was in a very safe and convenient location. Within walking distance to Rotterdam Centraal. Great stay.

This hotel was very lovely and the staff very nice. Our check-in was smooth and our room very clean. The James is located in an area where you could visit shopping and dining on foot. If you want to be central and enjoy many of the activities in Rotterdam, then the James hotel is a great place to stay.

The reception I received was marvellous. I was pleased with the room and had a wonderful stay. It was good value for money and provided a quality place to stay not too far from places I wanted to visit. Loved Rotterdam My only disappointment was the breakfast and meals. It was all from a vending machine. I presume this is how they keep costs low. I’d stay here again if they’d have me! 😊

This hotel has excellent customer service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They provide a free luggage storage service if you arrive before check in. It is around 10mins walk from Rotterdam central station. The hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. There are 2 shopping areas nearby and really convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely come back.

We checked in late at night and informed the staff if it is ok to check out a bit later which they were ok with it. However they didn’t not inform us of the extra charge. First in the morning someone came to the room while we were still there and then they charged us extra for checking out 35 min passed the check out time. Central location and lots of parking options around.

The hotel was great, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were also friendly and welcoming. The lounge on floor 2 is a great place to relax and the options in the market are also good. Only issue was our hairdryer being damaged and our request for a replacement not arriving. The bin in the bathroom was also not emptied before our check in, but other than that the room was spotless.

We had a great stay. We booked a comfort plus room and it was massive. Great size room to comfortably relax and get ready. We also loved the 2nd floor 24/7 food hall / lounge. Lots of options available for purchase. Was very convenient. Would recommend!

Probably the best hotel we’ve been to in Europe
Can’t fault it really. Everything was spotless, staff were super friendly and helpful, and our favourite feature was their lounge area on the second floor which was great when we had a couple hours to kill before our train. Everything was walking distance from the hotel. Max walk was 30 mins to Euromast.

Lovely stay
We loved our stay in Rotterdam. The hotel is In the perfect location for exploring the city. The hotel is super comfy and relaxing. There is everything you need there! Nothing is too much trouble for the super friendly staff.

My hotel of choice whenever I'm in Rotterdam centre. The food bar is a great attraction for me as I hate waiting around in restaurants to be served.

Just a one-night stay but I want to particularly praise a lady at reception (she was interested in visiting Ireland). I didn’t get her name. She was exceptional and very welcoming. Excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent service and location
The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the central train station and the shops. The service was great as well, and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again!
