"Great hotel. It was very clean, staff was friendly and the room was great. The bed was really comfortable and it was close to everything. They don't have it on the website but they have a gym at the hotel and it was small but nice as it was surprise. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Roswell again. "

"Sofa bed linens were dirty, otherwise room overall was clean. Breakfast in the morning was typical. Not a lot of healthy, clean options. Only one elevator was working for entire hotel, including housekeeping staff, which caused a delay in trying to get anywhere. Was reasonable for price for one overnight. Would stay again. Staff was very friendly. "

"Check in was ok. Room had some small litter on floor. Hand basin blocked up, reported it but they were unable to fix. Had to was hands, face and clean teeth over bath tub. Full breakfast advertised but not served. Only waffles juice and coffee. Parking area had heaps of cigarette butts around."

"Elevator was broken and room smelled like cleaner because the carpets were soaked from being shampooed minutes before. No other room was available to switch to. Wont stay again."
