This is the best hotel in Riyadh! I have travelled all over the world and have never received such outstanding hospitality and service. The spa was incredible and I recommend the Hammam. I was truly sad to leave as I felt like a total princess the entire stay. The GM and all of his staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and make you feel totally at home. I can’t wait to go back!

I loved the place staff were excellent but i hated how spa is mixed- when I asked if no female area was available- then i was escorted to a female only area. I hate how they decided for me without asking me first

A lot of amenities were for men such as spa swimming pool and large gym. I paid full price but my access was limited as I was a female. They have to be more upfront about that and give women a discount. Food was great Rooms very beautiful Staff esp Fahad did a great job welcoming us.

Mostafa the concierge was the most amazing part of my stay I had so many issues with travel and the airport as well as food and general service. He helped me get food when I was having issues at the airport he went out of his way to help and I am huge fan of Fairmont because of him. If there is a way to make him a permanent part of my stay there I will back many times in the future. Highly recommend all of the staff in the lobby and the quality of food, great great service, polite and caring. They were attentive and helpful greeted me with a smile and thoughtful questions each day I returned and were more than willing to help me find what I needed. One employee even gave me some Zamzam water and I was unable to find it in the stores or souq. The driver for the car Mr Kalem was also incredibly prompt and flexible.

الفندق يعد من أرقى الفنادق في مدينة الرياض وطاقم العمل على مستوى عالي في الاخلاق وحسن التعامل. ولكن عند وصولي للفندق قابلت أحد زملائي وكان قد قام بالحجز عن طريق موقع آخر وشامل وجبة الإفطار خلافً لحجزي الذي كان لا يشمل الإفطار فأرجو منكم إعادة النظر في العروض المشابهة في المستقبل
