We would like to informe you that there’s a electricity plug near the bed; Concerning your comments about our elevators, we have 3 moderns models with the capacity of 13 persons each one, probably its took a lit bit longer to catch one because it was Carnival and hotel was completely full booked. Regarding the visitors, we do have a policy in order to guarantee the safety and comfort of our guests, they are more than welcome to use the common areas, but no guests are allowed in the room.
