"My husband and I stayed four nights at the Prinzessin Elisabeth. Our room was very comfortable, warm, cosy and clean, and had a juliet balcony overlooking the quiet street outside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We are particularly grateful to the Bulgarian lady and young man from Madagascar at the reception desk. "This is a clean, quiet, safe hotel. It was a spacious room for Europe. Only complaint would be the stairs. It says there is an elevator and there is but you have to take several steps to get to it. Six steps to get to reception, 10 to get to the elevator then stops between floors so you have to go up or down 10 stairs to your room. So if you are like me who travels heavy it’s a pain with suite cases. It was very clean and breakfast was good. "
