Loved it!

"The location was amazingly clean and very plush, very worth the price we paid. The photos are accurate, but clearly taken several years ago as the property has gone through inevitable minor wear and tear. The staff was clear in their instructions, spoke good english, and were able to call us a very affordable taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

Far exceeded expectations

"Hotel service and staff do an incredible job with this hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and accomodating. It's cleanliness is immaculate. It's quiet and truly feels like a private getaway. Rooms are enormous with a small kitchenette. Just a short walk to the main street if you need anything. This is my third trip to Thailand (my partner has family here). This was a hotel that actually surprised us on how good it was relative to our experience and expectations."

"Very good Hotel conveniently located near the beach and the best part of Jomtien. Service and staff was amazing and the pool is a beautful design and lights up nicely in the evening. Breakfast is a great offering and the rooms are great as well. The issue I had ( same as the other big hotels ) is the lack of avalability of pool chairs. Guest come earlyin the morning and put towels on the pool chairs and dont retun until later in the day. So people arriving after 8:00am cannot use the pool. So we stayed there a few days but were unable to use this amazing pool. I would suggest maybe a reservation charge or a houly charge. I heard other guests who who had the same issue as well. That being said the overal value is so good that we will return 100% and bring additional guests with us."

"I booked this hotel based on a 9.4 review on Expedia. At check in, the clerk seemed confused. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia but she told us to have a seat with no explanation. We waited for about twenty minutes and then my wife went back to the counter to inquire.. They said they had two rooms but I told her that I had just booked one room for three(10 yoa) child. I asked her if they had a folding bed for her. She said it would an extra charge if we changed and it seemed she was uninteresting in trying to accommodate. We had to make her a bed on a small sofa in the room with covers from one of the beds. It was a deluxe room. No microwave, a spot of blood on one of the bed covers, no hand soap. Breakfast was VERY MEDIOCRE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. On checkout, the clerk asked us to take a seat while they checked the room. Then they cleared us to leave. Nope. First time and last time. Be advised. "
