Would not recommend staying here unless you are a spanish speaker. Could not use a translator app because the wifi was down. The suite door did not lock with either of the room keys, the shower in one of the rooms did not drain.

I like free airport ride and nice hot showers. We arrived late and not many choices for food. Small breakfast included was good. Did not see much in the area to go to. Bed ok, I like softer ones.

The place was clean but the room was so small that there wasn’t room for our suitcase on the floor and still be able to walk around the bed. They solar heat the water. Hot shower is good during the day but at night it is like warm at best. We only stayed there one night to catch a flight the next day to Cuenca so not a big deal for us. No near by restaurants or anything else.

I liked the free transport option from and to the airport, although we had to pay for a second taxi as we were 5 people with luggage. What I didn't like was that the restaurant was closed in the evening and we had to buy an expensive takeout pizza. Breakfast was included, but not available until 7am. We had to leave at 6 am to catch the flight to the Galapagos and had to eat at the airport. Also, I booked a family suite and it was given to someone else, forcing our family to stay in smsll, separate rooms far away from each other. We only stayed one night, but for these reasons we will not stay there again on our layover back to the US.

Well, I didn't stay at the property. There was no shuttle to meet my late flight, and the wifi was so spotty I could only stay connected to dash off a message as much to the host. I waited 40 min, then decided to take a taxi, but the drivers didn't know the address to get me there. I couldn't access Expedia to get the phone number for the taxi driver to call, so I left for the Wyndham. Not a good experience at all. Especially not at 11:30 pm, you know they said no check in after midnight.

It is a small hotel in Tababela, close to the park. If you need to stay close to the airport for a night and don't want to go to one of the international hotels, find something at a fair price, it is an option.

My friend and I only stayed one night. Something about our room that didn't smell or feel right. It was very damp (maybe mold?) and moments after I entered the room I started getting congested probably it was an allergic reaction to something. Also, in our room there was a small window overlooking a court space and it only had a see through curtain which made us feel super uncomfortable and when our room lights were off, there was a light coming through that window all night long. The staff is super friendly but communicating in English can be challenging so we used a google translate. If you're looking for a place just for few hours or for one night max then might be okay but I don't recommend it for longer.

Not a good choice
The hotel is located in a desolate area near airport. There is absolutely no stores, no restaurants, no movement or warm bodies walking around when we arrived around 11:00 pm. The hotel advertised that they offer free shuttle service to airport but that was false. We had to pay our own taxi rides from and back to airport. I booked 1 room with 2 beds. When I arrived they stuck us in one bed. The room was the size of a shoe box. I almost lacerated my head on a glass plate nailed to the wall as the remote control holder. The room was very very cold. No extra blankets.

For those who will stay at Quito airport overnight to get to Galapagos the next day, I highly recommend Talabela Land for your overnight stay. Immediately after we got out of the airport, someone was there waiting for us holding a sign with my name on it. She then arranged a taxi for us, and we quickly reached the hotel. Although people there do not speak English, we were able to communicate with Google Translate. We bought the Claro card there, and the front desk guy, Estevan and Chef Carmen’s son, Antoni, helped me set it up on my phone. Also bought a Galapagos T-shirt there. The price is half as much as at the Quito airport, and it’s made in Ecuardo. The bed was big and comfy. We had a good night of sleep after a satisfying dinner cooked by Carmen. We walked to a beautiful park nearby the next morning, then had breakfast Carmen and Estevan cooked for us. Everything is delicious, especially the coffee. 😀 They arranged a taxi for us, $8 only, according to what we requested, although we came too early. The lines were not long at all, so we reached the boarding gate in less than 40 minutes after we got off the taxi. I also thank Patricia, who has been very quick responding to my questions when I booked the place last minute on Expedia. Below is a photo of the park. Many species of flowering tropical trees and a pretty Ecuadorian church there.

Me recogieron del aereopuerto de manera puntual y sin costo el recibimiento muy acogedor me brindaron otra habitación de la q yo tenía reservada y la cena muy rica, me llevaron a la madrugada al aereopuerto este si tenía costo pero obvio era fuera de horario. Regresaría sin dudar. Muy bueno para estadías rápidas para tomar vuelo

The services was great. I liked the family atmosphere of the hotel. The continental breakfast was good with fresh bread. The price was good for economy saving. Location closed to the airport. Only airport shuttle was not picked up as promised. I had to take taxi to the hotel. It cost $10, but it is ok to me, only $10.

Nice place and close to airport!!!
I had an extremely short stay between flights but the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. My ride to the airport was ready on time in the middle of the night! I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room and pleasant staff. However, I stayed here because of the close proximity to the airport and the advertised free airport shuttle. There is no free airport shuttle.

This hotel doesn't actually have parking. They had tiny spaces where they stuffed cars. Our space was actually located in a partly outdoor kitchen. The rooms were tiny (don't be trucked by the photography) and were stuffed with furniture. The beds and pillows were so hard, we all ached in the morning.

El hotel en general es limpio, y la persona que me atendio fue muy amable. Algunas cosas a tomar en cuenta: El la pagina de hoteles indica que el servicio de transporte desde/hasta el aeropuerto cuesta 2$ sin embargo cobran 8$ por trayecto, o sea 16$ en total Quito es un lugar frio y no habia agua caliente. no hay buena senal celular (no es culpa del hotel pero es bueno tener en cuenta) El internet en el hotel es muy bueno El TV no tiene canales locales o de cable, solo hay una smart TV box que practicamente no ayudan mucho. Me preparon una cena (costo adicional) la cual estuvo bien y a tiempo segun lo programado Al pagar con tarjeta de credito cobran 12% adicional En general el hotel para quedarse una noche cerca del aeropuero es bueno, pero hay que tomar en cuenta los valores adicionales y hacer una valoracion de los pro y contras En general pienso que no es 3 estrellas. Le daria 2 pero para una noche cerca del aeropuerto podria ser una opcion viable sobre todo si se viaja solo.

Estimado Jose: Muchas gracias por hospedarse en nuestro hotel, en cuanto al valor del transporte se envió un mensaje personal indicando que el costo es de 8 dólares por el traslado, el valor de 2 dólares es un comentario referencial cuando van 4 personas en un taxi. En cuanto al agua caliente hemos revisado la habitación en la que estuvo hospedado y si hay agua caliente hubiése sido importante que nos indique durante el hospedaje para solucionar de manera inmediata cualquier inconveniente.
