"The location and staff for this hotel were very good. After touring the entire city it became clear that this hotel is in the best location. The staff was always very helpful. We had one tour scheduled to start early in the AM so the staff was eager to prepare a breakfast for us to eat in our room as their breakfast time did not start until 8:30. "Hernan the owner is an absolute gem. He provided an excellent introduction to the area and gave us a bottle of champagne to ring in the new year. Keep in mind, this is an apartment, not a fancy hotel. The room had everything you need, the sheet are clean etc... but expect some wear-and-tear and the need to fidget with the showers. Also, the place is only five minutes from fun bars, restaurants and night life. "

"Great flat with everything you need and a stunning view, clean and well looked after, check-in was smooth and quick, you will need a car though as it it's about 15 min drive from Vina town centre and the beach and apart from a few shops there isn't anything in the area. "The location of the Sheraton was terrific except for the fact that a marathon was being run on the access road to the hotel on the day we had to leave for Valparaiso and did not know this ahead of time.
