We liked the location and the overall convience of the stay. The room was very clean and well set up. As a budget motel I would say they do very well when it comes to the beds and general set up. It could use a little maintance because of the dripping taps and peeling paint in the bathroom.

The check-in was confusing, they need clearer signage about how the check in process works. The room itself wsa okay though, very quick to warm up with the provided heating and the shower was fantastic!

Take my word and do not book! The place is not as described absolutely filthy came into the motel the front door was damaged could not open and close properly which was unsafe! The floors were dirty! Smelt bad! Was an IV hospital infusion bag hanging off the curtain rod! I have left the place right away and returned the key didn’t even stay at the place and still got charged for a 3 night stay! No refund aswell after multiple try’s!

Hi your room was clean and tidy the floor may have been a bit dirty as we have ongoing work ( sand and dirty) the so called iv hospital bag is actually a dehumidifier which takes moisture out of room The room didn’t smell as it was only cleaned the day you went into it an hour beforehand

The property did what was needed for one night, the linen was clean and comfortable, the queen bed was great. The single beds were a bit unstable I was told. The shower was great as were the towels. The unit itself was shabby and the floors need attention (I did not feel comfortable bare footed in the unit.)

there is a large car park and there is plenty of parking at the front of buildings

Practically it is not Motel, it must be called Budget. Awfully place. Room is dirty, you can hear what the people disuses in the opposite room. Terrible place to stay. No staff on property, only one keybox on reception, they just give you a code to open whole keys and you need to find yours.

Loved the view of Queenstown from the carpark. The whole complex is old & rundown and the room smelt very musty. It was weird that the office was closed & you needed to ring a mobile number to check in - this should have been communicated as part of the confirmation. All in all, I would definitely not stay again unless the place had a major revamp.

Budget Motel get what you pay for. If shower curtain fitted would save area getting soaked. Pity curtains didn’t quite cover windows so got daylight in room early. Handy for town centre.
