I would like to highlight the excellent service and attention provided by Miss Wanda at hotel front desk.
I am greatly thankful to her for her kindness and service vocation, thinking about the well-being of guests and making all possible at her end to make the guest feel like home.
Another thing that I would like to highlight is the breakfast... a very convenient relation price-quality.
Very good breakfast options for guests to select.
And last: When I made my reservation through expedia, I saved the address of the hotel in expedia application map. It happened that the location of the hotel in the expedia application map was completely wrong... Actual location of the hotel is nearly 7 kms away to the north from the location shown in expedia map application.... I explained so in the front desk of the hotel when I finally arrived after nearly 1 hour looking for the hotel. The front desk personnel was very helpful and kind, as I already wrote and they took note of this to inform expedia about this mistake.
