Where should I start? We contacted the property weeks in advance multiple times to have rooms placed near each other, we were promised it would be taken care of and when we arrived and the rooms were not pre assigned and on multiple floors. Our room had to be moved FIVE times due to Cleanliness and maintenance issues. Once we arrived at the 5th room we gave up on the expectations we had of having a clean and hairless room from previous guest. The box springs have mold on them and can smell the mold entering the rooms we were told by stafff that "all the rooms beds look like that". The staff acted as if we were an inconvenience to them and refused to upgrade us at a charge to us and stated they were sold out (they were not as another team member said they had rooms available). Regardless of the extremely poor check-in experience and lack of care or concern from the staff we moved past this and tried to enjoy ourselves. The food was absolutely horrible other than the Lamp from the Italian rest. Several days we were told that the restaurants were full and not taking anymore guest due to waiting list. To me this is crazy as an all inclusive with such limited dinning hours and being told no reservations are needed and they dont take them. The amount of solicitation going on at the beach you were not even able to relax. Overall the management and staff do not care. MAIN DINING STAFF WAS GREAT and SANTA WAS AMAZING!
