Excellent services, good variety of food. The bars are great and the staff very friendly . I was serve in the lazy river by leonela and was amazing her service, and in the lobby by carlos also awsome. I very grateful with all the staff and services of the hotel

The hotel itself was beautiful along with the beach. However, staff was rude and service was extremely poor in every restaurant we went to. If only employees were friendlier everything would be perfect!

This is a beautiful hotel , I enjoyed my stay the only thing the food in the buffet was ok . I recommend if you gonna eat and one of the restaurants make the reservation early .. staff very nice specially the entertainer yindia .. bartender Alberto :)
