Terrible and cold food. Run down facilities. Their "rec area" with bowling and pool is completely worn out, with the bowling not even working and the pool tables being ripped up, missing balls and not returning balls. Best part of the stay was the beach. This is not a 5 start hotel. Probably one of the worst vacation experiences I have had.

I didn’t like the food, no activity during the day to do beside been in a pool or beach. The staff is very nice. The beverage such as some rums are exclusive serve to the Privilege members. If you aren’t a privileged member the employee can’t serve it. They don’t give you obtions to drink what you want, no matter if you want to pay it. I went to customer office for alternative to drink what we want. But the only alternative was to pay $150.00 per day to receive the benefits. I really very disappointed of the resort. Another thing was that during the day the children don’t have activities to do, beside being in the pool. They open the game room at 5 pm. I don’t recommend it because the administrators should be aware that there should have more activities during the day for children and adults. At night time they good activities for the adults.

Buffet dinner some staffs are not friendly. They looks the band and treats people differently. They don't like Expedia guest. Half of the day they try to sale their privilege product. Ruined our half day vacation of 2nd day. Otherwise resorts is good. Most of the staff friendly and helpful. Gym and spa should be modernized.

I have a complaint not against the property but against Expedia. When the booking was done Expedia failed to mention transportation cost to and from the airport therefore I had to pay extra that I hadn't planned for but the worst of it is that the driver who was scheduled by the Expedia agent to take us back to the airport never showed up for 45 minutes so rather than miss our flight I paid a different taxi to take us at a lost of 35 dollars US. Obviously it's not the money that bothers me it's the lack of information from Expedia and that we almost missed our flight due to their driver not showing up. Surely we should expect better I even called the agent repeatedly and got no answer.
