Like - beach and environment Dislike - flies, mosquitos, fruit flies in the room. Slow room service. Staffs are sometimes good sometimes bad. Food is not good. Limited activities. Drinks are mediocre. Got sick in the hotel. Dizzy and vomit very likely due to food/drink issue. Got stuck in the room for a whole day and room service option is very limited and not that great. Overall, I'd rather go to Cancun.

This place is awesome!!! The staff are wonderful and anything you ask for, they make it happen. This is our second time here and we have decided that if we are in punta Cana, this is the only resort we will stay at. Valet, front desk, housekeeping, servers, they are all great.

The property is well maintained and very well maintained. The facilities are also spread across the complex and well stocked to serve all the time. The restaurants cater for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. We found that the Organo and Olas managed by the same individual were not obliging to cater for additional food toppings but Elizabeth the deputy manager noted our concerns and agreed to take the matter further with all concerned
