"This hotel is under the Novotel chain. Check in was at Novotel Parma Centro which is 300m from Parma Station. After getting the keys from there, we walked about 800m to the high-end shopping area Cavour where the Residenze Cavour is located smacked in the midst of the high-end shopping area, above Zara. It comes with a living room with 1 single bed and 1 single sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed, and a huge dining room equipped with full sets of crockeries, cutleries, and kitchen...

"Great hotel ideal for us as close to Cremona karting! Nice and clean and great breakfast! We love a dip the pool on our return from a long day at the kart track! We just wish the pool would stay open a bit later in the evenings as the children from all over the world swim and chat together! "

"Run down, looked like a half way house. Room was tired, worn down, fridge door handle broken, toilet & toilet seat not clean at all despite ‘seal of cleanliness’across it. Shower broken, sink badly cracked with mould bacteria growing. Felt icky so we left, not interested in seeing another room. Just disgusting, Very disappointing. "
