The property was extremly clean, a Little Bit noisy neighbours, in the room next to us but Thats Not the Hotel fault. The room was Beautiful and clean, the breakfast was Quote good.

Easy to reach to city centre by tram. Nice quiet area with good cafe shops nearby. Sound insulation could improve as we can hear our next door talking.

Kings residence is King of Prague
Lovely refurbished hotel with nice new and clean rooms. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Location is excellent for the city and other districts.

Nice hotel in a good location
Nice hotel; comfortable beds, spacious and clean room and bathroom, friendly staff and really good and quiet location. Only downside was our shower wasn't warm, we mentioned it to the staff but they did nothing about it.. though it didn't spoil our holiday and we would stay in the hotel again in the future.

The breakfast was 1/5. Coffee machine did not work. Very limited food range and not much fresh food. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Easy access to transport. Air conditioning in need of service

Great room, plenty of space, LOTS of closets Great location, 2min walk to metro that takes you to center of town Parking behind closed doors. There are only 2 things I would change or add. Add some fruit for breakfast options and unlock TV remote, becouse it was not possible to connect TV to laptop and select SOURCE on TV There are tourists who dont speak checz or german, and you only have those tv-programs

Lovely 3 night stay
Fantastic few days here. Really clean and friendly. Reception staff were friendly but didnt speak a great deal of english when we needed to ask about electric adaptors. Rooms were really comfy and brilliant shower. Breakfast was nice, would have been nice to have a few more hot choices such as bacon but plenty of continetal choice.

Nice surroundings and area in general. Condition of the room was not impressive, stained carpets, the drain in the bathroom and the TV didn’t work. The employees at the reception, didn’t seem interested in helping or equipped for it.

Excellent value, well located though not central.
Great value option. Slightly out of the city centre, but several decent restaurants close if needed. Also close to the principal contemporary art museum of Prague, which is superb. Rooms are fairly basic but clean and comfortable. Good wi-fi in the room I was in. Breakfast fairly basic, but at the price paid, a bonus anyhow - coffee excellent. Certainly a hotel I would consider for another visit.

Room was nice, good location. The room did have a strange smell to it whenever the windows were left shut for a while, not sure if it was cleaning products or bleach from the drains but once the windows were open fo a few mins it was fine

Affordable and convenient
The location was in easy walking distance of public transportation and a handful of restaurants. Quick tram ride to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Nice and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place.
The Kings Residence was great. Stayed in Prague for three days and was able to get to the city center/old town within 20 minutes or so. Some great restaurants right around the corner from the hotel (Da Antonio and Hillybilly were two I went to). The rooms are clean, the shower was perfect. The breakfast was great as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who doesn't mind a bit of a walk into the city center. WARNING: the hotel is on a hill (you can walk around it).

+ Location: right in the middle of a trendy area, with contemporary art museums/galleries in the area, and lots of lovely independent boutiques, shops, cafes etc as well as good food. Right beside a nice and good value Vietnamese restaurant too. Opposite a small supermarket that opens late. Near all public transport routes + Staff were nice and accommodating. + Room was very clean, bathroom was nice and spacious. Towels and soap provided as well. + Breakfast is simple but nice - No Microwave in the deluxe room (slight inconvenience) - TV had limited channels and in Czech only, despite showing lots of cable channels on the tv guide

The stay was great but we have to validate our room cards everyday which is very inconvenient. The staff couldn’t really speak English so it’s a bit difficult to communicate.

We took 2 rooms for a group of 7 , both rooms smel terrible like septic didn’t have mantiene, barrooms smell so bad that we opened the windows and still couldn’t stand the smell coming gases from the septic I will never book in this hotel when in Prague!

Great stay in Prague
I was travelling with my 15 year old son and the hotel was perfect for us. The air conditioning and the good breakfasts were a bonus. Staff are friendly and location is good. I would go back again.

Das Hotel ist schick und sauber. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Schön ist, dass Bad und WC separat waren. Das Frühstück ist gutbund ausreichend, aber nicht übermäßig viel. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück hatte viel zu tun, da nicht ausreichend Messer vorhanden sind, wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig frühstücken. Aber sie war fix und hat immer direkt gespült und aufgefüllt. Ein zweiter Mülleimer im Zimmer wäre noch schön gewesen. Aber sonst alles super.
