Hello, we are very sorry you were not satisfied with our hotel. But the way our hotel is presented on websites is the way it is in reality. That we have no AC is obvious from the description. The cleaning service works every day until afternoon hours but if you wont let the cleaning lady into your room, she cant clean your room. I see no reason why your towel should be changed everyday during a 3-day stay. We will of course change it if you request. And in terms of curtains, again, you are complaining about something that is not advertised. This is a 2 star hotel with an accurate description of itself. We cant sadly fullfill your expectations if they are set unreasonably high even after reading about our hotel. Due all respect, hotel Hasa
