Die Unterkunft ist sicher nur zu empfehlen wenn man motorisiert ist; das Restaurant ist geschlossen, es gibt keine Getränke oder Snacks, keinen Wasserkocher, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und keine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Die Umgebung ist ländlich-idyllisch, der Wanderweg über die Salzwiesen zum MSM mit dem Ausblick dorthin wunderschön. Schafe abends und morgens sind ein Spektakel, dass die Schwalbennester an den Fenstern bleiben dürfen sehr erfreulich. Zimmer 31 war groß, praktisch und recht einfach eingerichtet aber ohne Sicht auf den Mont Saint Michel. Es liegt zudem an der Außenwand des Gebäudes wo Vibrationen und Geräusche der Versorgungsanlagen durchgängig vorhanden sind. Das Frühstück ist gut, das Personal freundlich.

I highly recommend this place and certainly would come back if I ever going back there again. You can see Mont St Michel from the hotel or you can walk there for about an hour. Or else, take a free shuttle which about 5 minute driving. Room very spacious for 4 of us and clean. Just a reminder: please call the property if you think you would arrive after 6pm to make sure to get the key. The downsize: for some reason, there quiet few flies and some "manure" smells, not sure if it's because of farming area??

The property was clean and tidy. Would have liked to be informed when booking that the restaurant and bar would not be open for the season. Staff were apologetic, polite and understanding.

The staff were lovely. I was disappointed to find on arrival that there was only a receptionist, who could not leave the desk so we could not get a tea or coffee and there was no bar or dining room. I had read a review that said the dinner was great. When I looked back the review was 2021. Apparently it had all closed nearly 3 years ago. There were no restaurants within walking distance, so could not have wine with our meal as we had to drive. Not what you want when you have driven a long way already!

A no frills hotel, clean but basic. No direct view of Mont St Michel but walk along road abit and can view MSM. Fruit in breakfast basket old eg over ripe bananas…maybe improve presentation of fruit, wash the apples and grapes and shine them up for better presentation. Liked that Coffee/tea available in lobby in evening. Very pleasant staff.

Also, das zimmer ist super sauber und neu. Das personal (leider fehlt ein mann zum zupacken) ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück ist reichlich und lecker. Fussläufig zum mont st. Michel, ausgebaute radwege oder kostenlose shuttlebusse.

Quarto ok. O problema é que o hotel fica em uma rua onde passa uma criação de ovelhas pela e no final da tarde. Tem um cheiro forte de fezes dis animais o dia inteiro. A recepcionista da manhã foi bem mal educada. Não deu o tradicional 'merci' e ainda quis me cobrar a taxa da cidade de novo.

I do not write review normally. But that was a nice charming place. The sheep did make some noise in the morning. But it just makes the morning walk to St-Michel more special.

There were so many flies inside the room, no A/C and no restaurant in the hotel. We did not even had water in the room , no fridge and overall we did not like it all all.

Great stay
It was a very nice stay. Clean and tidy, no fuss. No toothbrushes provided but that was fine. We ended up arriving a bit later than the check in time and they were able to put a key in a locked box for us to get to so we could get to the room. Very much appreciated! Convenient location, within walking distance to the shuttle.

De bedden en kamer was goed. Ontbijt was matig heel weinig keuze uit beleg en brood. Als we hadden geweten dat het restaurant gesloten was dan hadden wij dit hotel niet geboekt. De ligging was mooi en personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Location location location
The hotel is in the best possible location. During the day you can walk to Mont Saint-Michel (about 45min to 1h depends on the route you take). In the evening you have a nice view at it from across the street. We took many nice pictures from there. The hotel itself was good. Room had a nice size. It was clean. Only downside was the wifi was not working. If you plan to work from the hotel I would recommend to the the breakfast. It was a nice buffet with many choices. Great value for the price I would say. In the evening there are some good restaurants within a 10 min car drive in required.

TRÈS SATISFAITS
Séjour d’une nuit idéalement situé pour se rendre au Mont Saint Michel à pied : 2 kms de marche dans la prairie ! Une belle vue sur le mont St Michel et une ambiance campagne avec le passage des moutons très appréciée. Personnel très agréable, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner de qualité.

Interessante Unterkunft in Nähe von Mt.-St.-Michel
Lokation in Sichtweite des berühmten Mont-Saint-Michel. Das entschädigt Vieles. Zusätzlich bezahltes Frühstück war einzeln verpackt. Also nicht besonders verpackungsarm. Das Zimmer war klein, aber vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis her, angemessen. Das Hotel hat viele Zimmer und ist sehr verwinkelt.
