The service the first few days was subpar but after staff change that improved greatly. The food on the buffet was great. Room service food was just okay. Over all we enjoyed the stay.

This is located very close to Playa del Carmen. So going on tours was also very easy. The guides and taxis had it easy going to this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shows and activities were very fun. Remember to take pictures of anyone that helps you so you can leave a few reviews at the end. I will definitely come back.

I would not recommend this resort. My wedding ring valued at 7k was stolen from our Jr Deluxe Swim out room when we left out for breakfast during our stay. A report was filed with security and they show no interest of trying to find out who stole it. When I asked for a copy of the report before my departure they told me it was confidential information for the hotel only. As a newly wed I have to return to the US without my wedding ring and proper documentation to prove it was stolen. The food is not all that good. Men have to wear pants to the restaurants besides the buffet restaurant. A huge inconvenience because who travels with pants in 100 degree weather plus the hudmity is deadly. We woke up Sunday morning with an infestation of black wasp looking bugs in our room crawling from outside under the door. Upon calling conceige they took there precious time coming to see about it by the time they got there I had went on a stomp fest killing over 100 of them. We later wanted to sleep in and order food service for lunch. I called room service and the food never came so we were forced to get dressed to go to one of the restaurants to eat but have to sit outside because husband did not have pants. Upon check out I requested a copy of the report taken about my wedding ring and Band. They gave me a copy of the witness statement but nothing that shows the address.

1. We reserved a king bed. When getting to resort we were informed we could only have 2 double beds. 2. The beach was completely unusable the entire stay. Terrible beach grooming. 3. No poolside food offered. 4. The resort in 5 years that did not poolside wait staff. 5. Limited trash cans so thrash was being let all around pool area. This is fun with the wildlife… if you’re into that. 6. Our room key stopped working on the second night. After 3 trips to the front desk, they finally sent a service associate to check my door lock and change the batteries in the door. We’ve been to multiple resorts in Cancun and Playa Del Carmen area. I would not recommend and I wouldn’t return.

I loved the resort. One thing is my room was extremely hot and humid. They wouldn't fix the situation or move us. All of our papers and things were all soggy and wet because of how much humidity was in the room. Even the maintance guy agreed there was something wrong with our room 2136 - DONT ACCEPT THIS ROOM !

This is a great resort comfortable easy to walk around not too. Big pools are awesome. Drinks are premium drinks the weight staff, phenomenal, housekeeping and front entry. Awesome people awesome place to stay. I highly recommend this resort to stay anytime of the year five star.
