"Free and safe parking. Very nice environment and setup for breakfast, however, the breakfast is not rich and not much choice for guesses. The room space is ok, but no kettle nor coffee or tea bag is supplied. The mini kitchen is locked and cannot be used."

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
