"Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"I've been using this site for 10+ years for work/vacation and never left a written review, but I will for this wonderful place. the location is in a beautiful neighborhood, away from the touristy-section of the city. The villa was much larger than I expected, especially given the price. It was a full apartment, with a complete kitchen, TV room, bedroom, bathroom, Apple TV, a PS4, and a great view of the town to wake up to every morning. "Wonderful old hotel with modern spa, pool, and sauna facilities. Our Superior Room was a good size with a view over the courtyard and down the Main Street of Karlovy Vary. Staff were very helpful - English was well understood, as was Czech, Russian and Polish - and the buffet breakfast was plentiful with ample choice. Valet parking was easy.
