"We had a great stay the days that we got to stay. The cabin was clean and was perfect for a relaxing time. We unfortunately were there at the same time as the wildfires in Gatlinburg and had to be evacuated. Everyone was safe but would have liked better communication from the resort on the whole process and being able to return to the property."

"We stayed four nights and were pleased with our choice to stay here. Our room was clean and housekeeping checked in daily, keeping us well stocked. The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs were nice and the area kept clean. The breakfast offered a nice variety of food including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, toast and bagels, cold cereals, and apples. "Cabin is beautiful but location is on a hill making it difficult to park. There were a couple of cabins close by which had very noisy inhabitants late into the night. View is absolutely gorgeous and cabin has everything needed for a comfortable stay."

"Nice family vacation with the comforts of home. I imagine most visitors don't plan on "cooking" however we prefer "family" time... the kitchen was lacking in utensils and cookware for preparing meals. View is beautiful and cabin is close to activities; however, the neighbors chose to celebrate LOUDLY (midnight until 3 a.m.). I contacted customer service and was told I would need to contact the Sheriff's Department (really!!!). Wish vacations were longer :)"

"The staff was so very nice and my stay was pleasant the pool was nice and heated as the jacuzzi was hot as well as a nice clean room and the bed was so comfy the breakfast was good only thing was the meat was not Muslim friendly but the selections were plentiful I will be back"
