Brilliant stay at the Amanjaya Pancam.
This top quality hotel has a prime location on the riverfront, good as a base for exploring the local sights. Our spacious room had high quality furnishings and nice views from the balcony. The formal breakfast in the Sombok restaurant was an excellent start to the day. Friendly professional staff. Thank you

Very nice property. This was my second time staying on this property and was not disappointed. Only hiccup was the included breakfast. I did not take advantage of the “included” breakfast until the last day and found out that the hotel did not show me as breakfast included. When I reported this to the front desk they could not fix it even after I showed them the confirmation. Other than this last minute issue the hotel and staff was very good.

Deluxe room with breakfast. Good sized clean room. King bed, seating area, shower, bath, toilet, vanity and balcony with river views. Bed and pillows on the firm side. Aircon ok. Was on 3rd floor and had a bit of noise coming from the room above - which we discovered was the roof top bar (chairs scraping, banging), wasnt too bad though. Great breakfast - select from menu, made to order. Check in was ok, however advised no breakfast included. Showed staff our reservation and they checked with the manager and added breakfast. Checkout was quick.

Exceptional guest relation.
Wonderful hospitality, and great way of caring the guest, from airport pick up to the rest of the stay. Righteous doing by staff and the guest are always their priority. My special thanks to the front office, specially ms Sophia. All are like and great customer service. Super location too.

Well-located good quality hotel with overpriced roof and ground floor restaurants/bars (but lots of other options within a few steps). Reception staff very helpful, breakfast service haphazard with missing and incorrect items. Would probably stay again, but review other options first.

Excellent Siem Reap hotel!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was large, tastefully decorated and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely. Although this is not the cheapest hotel in the riverside area I think it is good value, because you get a lot for your money. They have a nice, classy rooftop bar here also. I recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful and have an old “Colonial “ feel. My room had a view of the river and river walk and a beautiful temple. Lastly, the staff are just wonderful and you feel like you are at home.

The staff was excellent. The hotel was a bit dated but, overall it was an excellent hotel. Debt management with very kind and the breakfast each morning was excellent. This is a great place to stay.

I had some booking problems, and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. All the staff were great. Location is excellent. Despite location being at busy intersection the room was not noisy. I like the khumer decor and all the wood in rooms. Rooms are very spacious, and balcony was fun.

Nice oldfashioned hotel by the riverside.
Nice, spacious room with heavy wooden furniture and wooden floor. Bed and pillows not so comfortable. Good location by the river. Nice breakfast restaurang with pleasant staff.

Comfortable hotel with great rooms
I had a "junior suite", which is the lowest level of three categories. It was enormous, with a sitting area as well as the king-size bed and great bathroom. Traditional style, lots of wood and some folk art on the walls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only possible downside is that the restaurant and roof top cafe bar are international prices, but f that's an issue there are so many local choices around, such as Friends training restaurant on Street 13 (near the national museum), that is good food and also helps street kids to get a better life. (It's a social enterprise, not a charity.)

Great location, great view
An excellent hotel at the riverfront, wonderful view from th Panoramic suite. The suite is huge and nicely furnished with beautiful old furniture. The staff is courteous and speaks decent English. The location is close to the Royal Palace and a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is very good. The rooftop bar has an outstanding view but I just had drinks there.

Two main issues: Incredibly poor internet service and shower flooded. THis hotel does not care if they have good internet service to cater to travels/ business travelers. I will never stay at this hotel again!!! The shower flooded during normal use. Water covered 75% of my room. The Hotel staff does not check the rooms and the cleaning crew does not report issues that will hurt the customer experience so they can be fixed. Avoid this hotel and stay at another location!!!

Dear John, Thanks for taking the time to write a review of our hotel and sorry if your stay was not up to your expectation. We are deeply touched by the hard words of your review as we do care for the comfort of our guests. We are sorry if the WIFI was not working properly during your stay, but those things may happen anywhere when the service provider itself face a technical problem that is beyond our control. Regarding the shower overflowing, may be that would be fair to say that you let the water on during a certain amount of time after seeing the drainage issue, and didn't call the front desk until the water spread to the room area. So of course, after 30mn, the water overflowed and spread to the room leaving our team to clean up everything during more than one hour. But never mind, we will be more careful in the future with the drain issue. Please note that we never had such an issue in the past and that bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. The Housekeeping team is checking if there is any drainage issue but not by letting the water flow 30mn in the shower (we try to be also Eco conscious). Once again, we are sorry if we failed on offering you a pleasant stay but we are ready to welcoming you again may you consider to giving us a second chance. Best regards, AMANJAYA team
