"Amazing stay! The views from our dome were amazing! You are literally on the top of a mountain with views down to the Urabamba river and a glacier on a distant peak. There are only a few staff that work here, and they do everything! From picking you up at the train station and from town when needed (extra fee, contact them through WhatsApp), to cooking a delicious dinner in their small restaurant. "Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance...

"Great service and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is pretty good. Good wifi. The have a laundry machine you can use although it is somewhat pricey. It is a short walk to the city center, but it is a steep downhill and coming back up is not easy at this altitude. Noise insulation within the building could be improved. Our room was above the breakfast room and we would be woken up by the staff setting up breakfast. There was some minor noise traveling between rooms too."
