Was disgusting and unclean found a used sanitary pad on the floor next to the bed!! We didn’t stay the 2 nights paid for and wouldn’t have stayed the first night had we not of lived so far away!! We requested a refund for our stay and offered to honour the first night but request a refund for the second night! This was a reasonable request considering the circumstances but they did not comply

The kettle provided for coffee and tea was abysmal, had never been descaled or cleaned. Also the electrical PowerPoint near the bed was nearly falling out of the wall 😳

It is what it is, a budget hotel. It's basic but the beds are clean.the staff were fantastic. It was a little noisy at night. I think that was due to outdated air con. Overall i found it acceptable for the price .

This property is a budget property, but very affordable. The breakfast was great! No Wifi in rooms.

The style of the room is very 1970s prison cell. Very sterile. The bathroom, including the shower, is one room. There are really no towel racks, just toilet grab bars that barely kept the towels off the floor. The shower head was help in place (poorly) with duct tape. The shower head sprayed the wall and one needed to hold the shower head in place with one hand while washing with the other. We were careful to not leave anything over night on the floor. The pillows were small. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the sheets were clean. The front desk staff were very uninvolved and said maybe three words between check in and out. There is a wonderful coffee shop across the street, but it a very busy street. Overall I will never recommend this dive.

Horrible facilities. Leaking toilet, broken shower, broken fridge, dirty disgusting carpet, refused assistance or even a glass for water. Avoid this place like the plague, which is where it originated. Budget yes but for $150 you should get a clean room. Windsor Lodge is only $170 and very nice. Do not waste your money at Ibis.

Way overpriced for what felt like a prison cell. Noisy and dilapidated. Heard next door peeing during the night. Staff on arrival couldn’t have been less interested or more bored. Total disgrace to be frank.

I didn't like that I could not change my reservation date, even with more than 2 weeks notice. I didn't like how I could only chat with an agent and not a person at the Hotel. I understand that the policy is no refund and no changing dates, even in extraordinary circumstances. I will not be booking here again.

The rooms are not really as shown in the pictures or suggested in the description. The shower had no screen or cubicle so the water ran onto the carpet in the room and sprayed water over the toilet and up the walls.
