The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in...

"We booked a 3 night stay at the Holiday Inn West Perth. The hotel was of a very high standard. We booked a King sized room which was extremely large. The only thing was it was single glazed which made it a little on the noisy side at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good and well worth a visit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"The reception staff, although busy were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. Sadly the bathroom shower was a problem. Water runs out of the glassed area, all over the floor. The drain is not taking the water and there was mould."
