Positive:
1. Room/pool/common areas all clean.
2. Staff were nice and friendly.
Negative:
1. Asked for linen change as daughter had a blood nose, stripped the bed for them and reported to reception early morning, also let then know the TV remote channel button not working and TV stuck on ABCMe and could not change channel (staying with three kids under 6).
Returned at 1:30 and sheets still where I left them and TV remote still not working.
Dialled reception as I wanted to get the linen sorted before we returned again later in the evening after the beach and was told they thought we were a check out so it hadn't been done yet.
Came back again and found clean linen on dining table, so made the bed myself.
2. TV remote still not working.
3. QR Code on table for hotel "info", no menu could be accessed, all pages "not found". We were considering having dinner at the hotel but no menu online or after scanning QR Code. Tried calling reception and room service to see if they could email it (7:30pm), no answer. Ended up going out elsewhere after partner walked downstairs and the menu which was pretty basic overpriced pub food.
4. Where is the recycling? I refuse to put items for recycling in landfill bins (that was all they provided). On hotel info it says customers face a fee if they don't put out their rubbish, but they only provide a green bin for landfill.
5. WIFI stopped working last night.
6. No condiments in the apartment, could put in some salt/pepper/spreads
