The pool in the centre of the hotel meant that the noise carried upward to the room. This was annoying. also, on the last night there were some people noisily drinking in that area until very late. We rang to complain, but it still continued. The Staff were very good.

Indoor pool and hot tub - great 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen excellent Friendly staff - receptionist and housekeeper Reasonably clean Good value for money 2 lifts good however slow Located to main tourist area of Mandurah- restaurants and cinema close by. Property outdated and general surroundings around buildings need a revamp.

Unfortunately I think the only thing this hotel has going for it, is the location. The property is in need of repair. Tiles chipped, laminate peeling in bathroom, room was for 5 people only 2 bowls etc, etc. Pool is hot warm. Spa timer was not working so 1st day no bubbles. Moved a couple of times before we got our room. Hotel looks great with all its plants etc in centre but needs love. Staff very helpful.

Very dated, but clean. Unable to lock doors, felt very unsafe for lone female traveler. Chose hotel for wifi. This was next to useless, when available. Not available over night, when l needed to communicate with my family and work. No food available, despite website stating bar food, when restaurant closed. Left day early. Very disappointing.

Old and tired. Hot water did not work at first. This was a known issue as there was a note in the bathroom telling you what to do. The AC was old and very noisy. The seating was old and uncomfortable. Obviously past it prime. The bed was good and clean. No daily room servicing. I guess the price reflected the condition. Not all bad but equally not all good.

The staff were friendly, it was very clean, but our king bed was 2 single beds pushed together so it was very uncomfortable for my husband and I with a big gap down the middle of the bed. Also the hot water wasn’t turned on till the morning so we had cold showers during the night.

Good location, and good parking. The room is a decent size, but the building is showing signs of age. The aircon was noisy. The WiFi wasn't working. Breakfast is expensive, but luckily there better options within walking distance.

Lovely relaxing stay for one night. Went to a show at manpac. Great location, enjoyable breakfast . Pleasant surroundings. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: 1. Room/pool/common areas all clean. 2. Staff were nice and friendly. Negative: 1. Asked for linen change as daughter had a blood nose, stripped the bed for them and reported to reception early morning, also let then know the TV remote channel button not working and TV stuck on ABCMe and could not change channel (staying with three kids under 6). Returned at 1:30 and sheets still where I left them and TV remote still not working. Dialled reception as I wanted to get the linen sorted before we returned again later in the evening after the beach and was told they thought we were a check out so it hadn't been done yet. Came back again and found clean linen on dining table, so made the bed myself. 2. TV remote still not working. 3. QR Code on table for hotel "info", no menu could be accessed, all pages "not found". We were considering having dinner at the hotel but no menu online or after scanning QR Code. Tried calling reception and room service to see if they could email it (7:30pm), no answer. Ended up going out elsewhere after partner walked downstairs and the menu which was pretty basic overpriced pub food. 4. Where is the recycling? I refuse to put items for recycling in landfill bins (that was all they provided). On hotel info it says customers face a fee if they don't put out their rubbish, but they only provide a green bin for landfill. 5. WIFI stopped working last night. 6. No condiments in the apartment, could put in some salt/pepper/spreads

OLD!!! Very dated decor inside the rooms, our bed base was on the floor on an old queen ensemble. Old cream paint and dull light globes make for a Drab room. Time to put in some LED globes. Bar is closed by 8.30 so no atmosphere, pool is remarkably cool considering it’s indoors

Simple rooms at a good price for a short stay . Could have a bit of an update with furnishings and air conditioning but bed was nice and comfy . Get what you paid for. Staff lovely and helpful.

The air conditioning does not work. Tried two rooms and in both the air conditioner did not work enough to cool the room. Staff refused us a refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are cheaper better places to stay in Mandurah.
