I have never been told I couldn't check in to an empty room, and it is particularly obnoxious to be in that situation when i have to pay a full night to check out at 7PM. "It was an excellent stay. I didn’t understand the Sonder model—no front desk and electronic check in. However once I got beyond that shock I didn’t mind it. I know some folks would find the setup disconcerting. I would stay in a Sonder hotel again."
