“A Nice Place to Stay”

I only stayed at the hotel for 3 days during my trip to Thailand and Cambodia and I was very pleased with the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable - with very good air con. A balcony with a nice view was also good. The breakfast was again good - plenty to choose from - curries and stir fries! or eggs and ham etc! Nice pastries and breads. Two nice pools - the only downside i guess being a lack of sunbeds! Nice location very quiet.

“Wonderful stay...”

The staff was friendly and eager to make your stay there comfortable and pleasant.. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. They provide a great laundry service so don't over pack. The clothes were done very nice. The overall stay was wonderful and I recommend it to singles and famlies the service was outstanding. If I go back to Thailand I will stay at this hotel again.

“Good Hotel”

The location of hotel is superb. I booked it only for its view from balcony and after reading reviews from other travelers, my expectations were not very high. But I feel any rudeness from staff and their inability to understand English and communicate well will not deter me to stay in that hotel again. I wish hotel staff should get some training in hospitality. I loved the view of sea from the balcony. Breakfast was very good and variety of food was available.

“It was ok”

Pros: The breakfast buffet was excellent. The service was great. The room was very clean. The views were amazing. Right on the beach. Cons: The hotel room itself was very expensive. The restaurant was expensive. The manager would not help us out when the cab drivers affiliated with the hotel wanted to charge us more than twice the price for a taxi to the airport. (The price was listed and they still wanted to charge us more than twice!!!) My mattress was broken.

“Turist Trap”

A large noisy hotel catering to large groups from Eastern Europe. Some of the elevetors did not work properly and there were long lines to get into a working elevator. A renovation work right next to my room continued even during the weekend. Finally, when we wanted to extended our stay for few hours they wanted to charge us "full price" of an additional day which was three time more than what we paid for one full day. We declined and had to wait in the Lobby.
