"The staff is great. Always very helpful and friendly. Some minor issues that they did fix were a safety box that wasn’t working, the A/C unit that was functioning poorly. Both items were remedied after I brought it to their attention."

"On check out the staff was unable to help ,but next day the receptionist Kan who was very polite and courteous helped to fix the issue. The rooms are good in size but the bathroom is not good as one has to first climb and then one step down for toilet and for shower one has to climb and enter bathtub which is not very friendly to use. No rooms available with walkin shower. "

"This is a fabulous older style hotel in the middle of everything, it has big rooms and aircond and TV, as well as good kitchen and fridge. You cant get a better location, easy walk to all, and great value for money, my only slight problem was thinking superior was higher than deluxe, superior does not have a separate shower, but does have a large spa bath with shower."

"Overall a decent hotel and I enjoyed my stay. It has great exercise facilities (as per the Sports Hotel name) and the location is good if you want quiet time away from Walking Street. The hotel itself is a bit tired and most of the staff (outside of reception) spoke minimal English. The Muay Thai/MMA facilities were also great however I found the sessions underwhelming. Aside from 20 mins with a trainer, you're on your own for the remaining 1hr 40 mins. No one that lead a warm up, stretches...
