It is close to the Patong Beach walking street, Central shopping mall and local restaurants. The room was not clean when we arrived, the pillows were not comfortable and the bedding was stained and dirty. These problems were reolved the next day after been reported to the front desk staff. The breakfast was very simple with only two options avaialble.

Good hotel
Just a street away from the craziness, so close enough but still a little noisy at times. But great location overall. Clean, tidy, nice pool, great staff, only thing was the bed wasn’t too comfy.

Our stay was quite nice overall. The beds in our room were a bit uncomfortable, and the room and bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Overall, staff was great and location of the hotel was amazing with a night market nearby and plenty of food spots and a mall in the area. Definitely check out the pool on the top floor, one of the nicest ones during our trip 👍

The location is good. A value-for-money deal. Yet from my past and present experiences with the hotel, when washing hands, water easily flow out of water the washing basin, causing flood on the toilet floor. And the supply of toilet paper is limited. The staff is nice and polite.

Great location and very nice staff on the reception. Only recommendation is there is no signage in rooms that states what the number is to call reception. Cleaners didn’t leave us towel to go on the floor in the bathroom either. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back again

Rooms need a revamp, mould in shower, walls dirty, general lack of maintenance. Night staff were rude and embarrassing. Hotel policies need to change or they will continue to loose regular customers.

be careful
we are every year travel to phuket, this is first time staying in AIM patong hotel, let us feel not comfort and clean, no more next time we highlight below : - 1. please check the tea pot filter make sure is clean. our tea pot not clean. 2. after clean up the room, make sure have replace shower gel and shampoo, toilet tissue. 3. learn how to control air-con temperature at remote control. the best point is local area very near by shopping mall.

Great place nice quiet pool. Only negative is maintenance. Checked into room and bathroom floor was wet entire time. Leaking toilet or gun never fixed floor always wet unless I shut the valve offf.

Great hotel!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were always cleaned and everything seemed very new. The location is good if you want to stay in the busy city to party and have a good time.

Centrally Located Modest Hotel
The AIM hotel makes an effort at being modern and while some touches are nice, the quality is somewhat shoddy. The rooms are extremely small and a would be a very tight fit for a couple with their luggage. The roof top pool however is well done with a great view. Pity the surrounding glass panels are virtually opaque with grime. The hotel is located in an extremely busy and noisy neighbourhood that includes a kick boxing arena with fight announcers blasting their play by play through powerful speakers into the street.

Very friendly staff who always has a smile on their face! Good location, less than 5 mins to Banzaan Fresh Market, 5mins walk to Jungceylon and about 10-15 mins walk to Bangla Road! Clean room with good air conditioning! It help after being in the sun the whole day! Only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that their shower head could not hook on properly. It kept falling off mid shower. The water pressure and temperature kept changing mid shower as well.They will only provide you with soaps on the first day but will not replenish for the remaining days automatically. No toothbrush provided like most hotel. So best if you bring you're own toiletries when staying here.However the bathroom size is decent enough. Overall good hotel which I would definitely book again!

Hotel situated at excellent location. Staffs are very friendly. However, the bed under the blanket was sandy and there’s a stain under the blanket. Quite noisy at night as well. Otherwise the room was very modern with nice balcony.

AIM hotel near beach in Patong
Hotel is well located in the lively Patong area where you can find everything nearby and you are at a walking distance from the beach. Rooms are a bit small with basic amenities in the room but the decor is modern and updated. If you are a light sleeper get your earplugs. Air conditioning is a bit noisy and the hotel is located on the main street so expect some noises but it is no big deal. Breakfast is very basic and some waiters are rude and unprofessional. the reception team is excellent on the other hand. WiFi service not so stable. recommended for a short stay.

The staff make it worth staying here
I have to admit I didn't know what to expect, but the hotel (or what my husband called a 5* hostel) staff were beyond accomodating. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all friendly and showed genuine concern when we got food poisoning (outside of the premises). So a big thanks to all of them. The positive is the roof top pool, which another Aussie advised is the best in Patong (he has stayed at many and said it's the only one without missing tiles). The negs are the room size, the balconies that look into the neighbours balconies and the shower that on hot is like a drizzle - despite the waterfall shower head. However all in all for one on two nights a good choice - the location is perfect. Close to Bangala street, the beach and the main shopping centre. Overall I would recommend but not for a long stay.

There is better for less
AIM do try to make your stay enjoyable but a Superior Delux room with double bed is tight and cramped only 60cm or so room around the bed to move. Hot watet is like roulette, most always I ended up with a cold shower, bathroom could use a decent scrub down but have seen much much worse, it was passable. In the heart of everything but way too expensive at over $1100 AUD for 7 nights.

Convenient location
Location of hotel is good. Convenience stores can be easily found downstairs the hotel. A short walk to patong Beach and Bangla Street. The only shortfall was the shower pressure wasn't consistent and hot water was intermittent. Sound proofing of window isn't great as well. Could easily hear the parties going on downstairs. Overall still a great stay.

Stayed in The Aim hotel over New Years so we paid a high price for a pretty basic room that doesn’t look much like the pictures. The rooftop pool was nice and pretty quiet most of the time. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful, however the staff in the restaurant were rather rude and very slow.

Great hotel
The hotel was good. Nice location near Junceylon Mall and not a far walk from the beach and action. Staff were friendly. Only issue we had was we booked an airport pickup for our friends. They we're staying as well. The guy came early and only wait 1 hr 30 mins.... but Phuket Airport is notoriously busy especially immigration. So they had to cab. When we told the hotel. They argued with us. So we lost 1200 Baht. Great hotel but don't use their pickup services.
