This place was nothing like the photos they posted. Worse place to stay. Don’t even get me started with breakfast, literally they had one option and nothing els. Also they never change the breakfast menu. The eggs were disgusting and felt like rubber. The reception crew were lost and hopeless. The building is old. They put up fake photos on the website. We came to stay a resort instead we felt like we were in a rural motel. Not happy at all. We were refused to cancel our stay and get our money back.

Very good value for money
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Its a bit out of the way but not too far & away from most of the noise. The rooms & furniture look nice, as do the common areas & pool. For the price (we paid something like £10 a night inc breakfast) its a bargain.

We booked for 10 nights. We arrived and checked in. Once we entered the room we knew straight away we would not be staying here. All 3 beds were that hard that the floor would of been more comfortable. Bugs in the room as they had the window open in the bathroom. No furniture on the balcony not that you would sit out there as the air conditioners were so old and noisy. So many things broken in the room. It’s was horrible. We left the property in the morning and spent the next 9 nights at the Hilton Double tree.

The location is situated about a 20 minute walk to the beach, shopping and dining. On the way, you will find a variety of small business that may appease you to visit. The front staff were excellent and friendly. The property and room were clean. Definitely will recommend this place especially if you looking for value.

Customer service is non existent, rude, disregard any requests , they don’t even look up to talk to you, the place is a mess! First night I ask to get my money back I want desperately go to another place , they make up tons of excuses to not give back. The beds I could feel the old coils in my back, the bathroom sink leaking all over the place , you can hear everything and anything from the street and the “hotel”. Cheap doesn’t mean all this ! Never again .

Hotel is out of the way from Most things . Too far away to walk to beach . Staff not much English no French . Manager is to full of herself and lies to your face . Other then they id say nice small hotel . Staff allways in break or hiding can’t be Seem after 400 pm

They advertise Free shuttle service to Patong but they didn’t provide it. They will order a taxi for 200b about £5 each way. Walk is 15 to 20 minutes to Bangla. There is no service around the pool, you have to walk to the local shops to buy your own if you want a cold drink around the pool.

This was a very classy clean and pleasant hotel to stay,really liked large room and bathroom. The only slight down side was location from center which was about 20 minute walk,but had all the shops,food places and bike rental you would need directly out side hotel.

Clean hotel. Lovely decor. Small clean pool. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Next door to cafes and beauty parlours. Short walk to Main Street. Just need a few more sunloungers around the pool.

Good Stay
Good location bit of a walk from beach but you can do it. Good little restaurants close. But some rooms in new annex. Not as advertised, some with steps. Beautiful pool and eating area. All in all good stay. But be aware of some rooms.

The property was clean and nice but the elevator only works to the 2 floor does not go to the third floor where we were staying. The pool is beautiful and the restaurant serves a ok breakfast over all we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and has everything fridge and private toilet, shower, clean. My only complaint is they don’t serve dinner or lunch. Have to go out somewhere

Nice hotel quite and nice rooms it’s under new management recently the new owner Lilly very nice person cares about her guests and working hard to improve the status of her boutique hotel I did enjoyed my stay and well looked after I was upgraded to a deluxe room as my booking was standard room The staff were very friendly and professional and helpful

The pool is great at this property and the service from the staff was fantastic. I would only have an issue with our room which was quite noisy due to the traffic and the air con on the balcony.

Overall extremely good value for money. Hotel staff very kind and helpful. Reception check in etc.organised and quick. Cleaning staff happy and thorough. Close Proximity to all our needs, good Cafe nearby serving breakfast as well as excellent Thai food average meals Inc. rice 4.00 AUD. Great massages cost 15.00 AUD for 1 hr. Several small 24hr. supermarkets within 40 meters. ATM machines, alcohol sold in all supermarkets, as well as phone cards and phone Credit..hairdresser beauty salons across street. Several Motor scooter hire places nearby cost from 200 baht approx. 10.00AUD per day. All very close The hotel is situated in a small street turn left from leaving hotel walk about 4 min to main street. turn left walk another 5mins cross road and you will see a market. Walk thru market. Till u come to main eating area full of amazing variety of foods. Barbecued meals desserts fresh fruit shakes. Coconut ice reams. beer etc.. Further along souvenirs. Clothes etc.I tried the fruit Durian known for its slightly strong smell. But I am hooked tastes amazing. Grab a map at the airport Phuket tourism booths etc. Easier to find your way around. Airport shuttles 180 Baht. 9.00 AUD. Transport costs around town. After 6pm seems anywhere in Patong 200 baht .10 AUD. motor scooter 60 baht 3.00 AUD. Before 6pm there is a local Tuk TUK cost 10 Baht or 50cents AUD. to go to most places all along fixed routes. Thai people speak a little English. But are so helpful and welcoming.
