Very dirty and not as advertised. The room smelt like mold and the hallways smelt like garbage. The staff at the front desk, specifically the young thai boy, is extremely rude and doesn't know how to properly provide customer satisfaction. Staff were also very rude to me when replying on expedia over a deposit I forgot to receive before I left. I was told they will give it back to me "next time I'm back in Phuket". The breakfast was not worth the money, I felt sick after the second day eating there. I do not recommend this hotel to someone. Better to pay an extra $5 a night and treat yourself to a better hotel.

Thank you for your feedback and we will do our best to improve and fix it. We have asked the staff whether they have been rude to you or not. The staff were not rude to you at all. It's just that the staff saw that you had brought an outsider who was not a guest staying with the hotel into the hotel and we only asked for his ID card. We work to ensure the safety of our customers so that there is no chaos later. And you have accused the hotel of not returning your deposit and have the hotel refund your money via credit card. When you checked in you were informed that the deposit was in cash. and returned in cash Then you gave the keys to someone else. which the hotel was not informed about this matter However, we will still keep your deposit. Thank you.

Overall, the property was a little weird and wasn't on its best shape, but it was okay and comfortable for one night. Breakfast was decent.

I had a great stay. I found the staff very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. Gym was well equiped, just needed a good free weight bench. Value for money unbeatable. Breakfast was great a very short walk away. Will come hear again as close to all the shops,Bangalore road etc.

Great place!
Great hotel in Patong near everything. I stay at this place each time that I am there and it is always lovely. Clean little room with a comfortable bed and good wiki. You can walk to everything that you need to do and see in Patong. Staff is very friendly and helpful and there is even a small fitness room/gym on site. They have breakfast available if you want. Highly recommend.

great stay
This place is simple and bare bones but loved the location- breakfast was great too. Close enough to the main road its about a 5 min walk but truly you dont want to stay right there, it is unbelievably loud, so it was great to sleep here. Staff was helpful in getting taxi and getting our safe repaired quickly. They only had motorbikes for 5+ days which is common in the are after we tried a couple places

The location is good for walking to the centre of downtown and the hotel is not far from Patong Beach. Staff providing breakfast were great. Our stay improved after we were moved to a better room on the quieter side of the hotel. The rooms seem to be in the process of gradual renovation.

Work need to be done
Hotel needs some upgrades. The balcony had mould on it, the Ac in my room was loud, the shower was good but water went everywhere as the glass was not big enough. The pool was green and I didn’t want to swim in it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Expectations exceeded
Very good value for money overall. A short walk to town and a longer but easy 15 minute walk to Patong Beach contributrd to my pleasant stay which exceeded my expectations given the cost. All staff went out of their way to help and no issues with language. Certainly a lot better than "cheap and cheerful" which was all i was seeking

First thing dont confuse with Hotel Name, its not Resort its low budget hotel which has great location. 1. If you are vegetarian this hotel does not have any food for you. 2.Property is old so may be because of that, Lift was broken during my stay.(you have to use fire exit to up down), luggage carrying is nightmare. 3.Bathroom is usually clean but shower was not working fine. 4.Portable Freeze door was not working properly, we asked them look at this issue one person came but he could not able to fix that. 5. Wi-fi was working intermittent. over all out 5 only 2 points from my end.

Awful experience mainly down to Hotel.com booking system and the rude staff!! We booked a room for 3 people and ended up having to share a double bed. When we asked for extra pillow and towel the staff tried to charge us for another room!! However location was great and we didn't stay long, it's cheap for a reason!!

Only meant to stay 3 night, spent whole trip there
A great place to stay, was only going to spend 3 night then move on to see different areas though ended up just rebooking about four times and kept staying on for the whole time. Pool area isn't quite as pictured, though mainly because it's just been weathered a bit since it was done I imagine. Rooms are well kept, bottled water and coffee replaced each day and just overall a really nice well presented hotel. Bit less then a 10min walk from the beach and Bangla walking street. Close enough that you can walk back in the morning after a big night, but can't hear the party if your coming as a family. Just FYI don't take the kids out to Bangla Rd at night, it becomes a walking street past 6pm so the drunks don't get run over. Between the bar girls trying to get you in and all the ping pong show advertising they shouldn't be there.

Crashed for a few nights
Stayed three nights. Place is OK overall, but not great. Staff were kind and hotel condition is OK. Room looks directly into hotel across the street, Wi-Fi not fast.

Only a small walk to beach past lots of street stall and shops. Has its own restaurant . Not 5star but good. I will go back.

Excellent location!
Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't eat at the restaurant but the staff at the coffee bar were really great. Room was really small, that was the only downfall. Would definitely stay here again!

no good for a long stay
wouldn't recommend for a long stay . better hotels in patong for same money . needs a fair bit of work doing very tired hotel . pool area lovely not many people used it . seemed very well sound proofed not disturbed at all . 2 times we had to ask for our room to be cleaned .

Shower sucks
You get what you pay for very true in this case. On hotels.com it said it was discounted from ~$100 to ~$30 so it made me think I was getting a deal on a nice place. Definitely not the case. It's hot everywhere in the hotel except the main reception and we had the ac on in the room non stop. The shower switches from cold to burning hot without moving the lever. I actually got burned one morning. The people were friendly and it was close to "hooker" street so I guess that's a plus. I would not come back and stay here.
