The hotel was great. I stayed with my family and we all agreed that we were comfortable and safe in this property. The staff was great as well and eager to help in anything you need. Super close to metro station and many dining options around the area.

Property is neat and clean but room extremely small and elevator was so small that I alone could fit with my one luggage. Bathroom was spacious making up for the cramped everything else. This property had extremely friendly and helpful staff as well which really made the stay great

Pleasant place with LOTS of stairs.
We only stayed one night as Paris was just a pit stop (thankfully, as there was almost no storage available). The place seemed pretty clean and well kept, with friendly staff. We booked because we wanted a family room. There is a breakfast option, but we didn’t go for it as we preferred to find something locally. Nothing special, but located only a few minutes from the metro and seemed a quiet and safe area. The main gripe was that there are a LOT of steep narrow stairs! Which made lugging our cases a complete nightmare!

My stay would have been simply amazing but for the air conditioning thatvwent very bad. I did not have a good night rest as i frozen for the four nights i stayed there. Even though my room was changed on the last night, the situation in the new room was worse as the dysfunctional air conditioner made noise throughout the night. Otherwise, the breakfast was good, the rooms were neat and the staff generally friendly.

Location was great. Only 200m from Sevres Lecourbe metro station and 400m from Segur. Both lines will get you around the city or ability to connect further. Our room was spacious for european standards and was clean. We would stay here again if that says anything.

The housekeeping was excellent. Fresh towels and vacuum/mop every day. There were building works in the courtyard which were a serious hazard. Amenities were limited but in line with star rating. A fridge would have been a handy addition. One lady on reception was very rude.

This was my first time in Paris, so I had no idea where to stay. So to my surprise this hotel was close to a metro station and about 1 mile from the Eiffel Tower. I walked everywhere without fear anything; the area around the hotel is great! quiet and plenty fo local shops. (be aware August is when most french business take holiday, so you will see a number of closed store) otherwise you'll be okay. I was in room 66, 6th floor. So epic, I could see half the Eiffel Tower from my window. No central AC. But the room had a fan that works perfect. Staff: helpful and friendly. Speaking a little french helps.

The hotel is located in a nice, fairly quiet neighborhood with easy access to the bus and metro service. They do not allow early check-in because they let guests check-out until noon. Everything was great during my stay, but the room was smaller than I expected. There is hardly any free space to walk around in the room. The bathroom is so congested that I couldn't even sit straight on the toilet without my knees bumping in to the wall in front of me.

For short stays, it's definitely comfortable. The only downside is that there's no Air Conditioner and the WiFi reception in the room is kind of poor.

It's a very good hotel with a very good facilities and a very nice and professional stuff but it will loos the credits of all of that when can't sleep because of the elevator's noise!!!

I got a room with two showers / bathrooms although it was only me haha. The view from my room wasn't magical there was so much natural light. Room was extremely clean and well looked after. Would so stay here again. The hotel staff were extremely nice and spoke well English! You can't smoke in your room but they have a proper garden that's a smoking area. Free breakfast by the way! Also had a red leather couch to chill on. My bed was clean extremely comfortable and was in great view of the tv.

Another great stay
We enjoyed our stay . Our room was very large by Paris standards. The breakfast was excellent . The staff and part owner for the mostpart very helpful . For the price there was nothing really to complain about . The only thing I would recommend is to get rid of the shower curtains and replace them with something more user friendly .other than that this is the second time we've stayed there and when we go back to Paris I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Convenient to the Paris metro
Close to the Sevres-Lecourbe metro stop on line 6, easy to get to Eiffel and Arc Triomphe. Rooms are super tiny, like any European hotel, but bathrooms didn't ventilate at all. Even the daily cleaning didn't help much. Breakfast is good and affordable.

Great place to stay
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was comfortable, very tidy and a little larger than you typically find down-town Paris for this price. A short distance to the closest metro station is a plus, and so is the staff which appeared very friendly and helpful. Finally, the breakfast was richer and more varied than I have experienced at many Three-star hotels in Paris.

Hotel was easy to find, on the Metro line and a close walk to Les Invalides and The Eiffel Tower. The room, however small was clean comfortable.the breafast was a typical pastry, juice and coffee that hit the spot.I would recoommend thjis hotel for location and price.

Stayed in a quad room at the beginning of May. Plenty of space for four people. The room was very modern and clean. The WIFI situation is a bit weird at this hotel as they issue out individual logins that only work for a period of time. Though, the wifi did reach the room. The neighborhood is great as you have easy access to a bank, laundry, several supermarkets, plus several fresh food/produce markets and a bakery. Very close to train stop and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower (15-20 minute walk). The hotel staff was helpful. They did speak English pretty well, but struggled some. The continental breakfast is definitely not worth the money. Very little offered.
