Concerning the cleaning, we have implemented an eco-responsibility policy that allows you to enjoy your room continuously without being disturbed. For those who wish to have their room cleaned, the request should be done the day before by 6 pm with an extra fee, however fresh towels can be delivered every day upon request. AC only works during the summer months for environmental reasons, fans are available if needed. Thanks for the information on the shower screen, we'll work on this with our maintenance team. We'd love to welcome you again in the future in any of our 35+ cities and show you a better way to stay.

This was due to a breakdown in the boiler system which required the intervention of a qualified company. The technician came as quickly as possible but we understand that this affected your stay, so we did promise you compensation which was done on your departure date. During your stay, we were on heating mode due to the outside temperatures, air conditioning is only available during the summer months, however, we can provide a fan on request. We hope to host you in the future to show you a better experience.
