This hotel is in a good location, by Porte de Vanves (line 13) metro station. The neighbourhood is clean and quiet, there are supermarkets, cafés and other conveniences nearby, including a bakery.
Check-in was quick, the staff at the reception were pleasant and polite. Our room was on floor 1 and initially I was a little worried that we would be bothered by noise from the street outside, but I can say from experience that the sirens from emergency vehicles and noise from traffic, passing trams and buses were virtually inaudible. A remarkably quiet room.
Overall, our room was clean and in a decent condition, although it should be mentioned that when we used the toilet for the first time, a couple of dark hairs were noticeable on the floor. I removed these myself with some toilet tissue. The other issue was the sliding door to the en suite bathroom was jammed and could not be closed. I should emphasise these were not major issues for us and overall, our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The bed in our room was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. As for facilities, our room had a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules provided. There was both a bathtub and shower cubicle in the en suite bathroom. In the hallway outside our room was a water dispenser with filtered water, cold and at room temperature, at our disposal. This hotel prides itself on its eco-friendliness and as such, paper cups are provided for water, tea and coffee.
