Very good stay
Our stay at Mercure was really, really nice. I would like to thank all the staff at the reception, very good customer service. I will definitely stay at the Mercure hotel when I am in Paris and will recommend it to other families traveling to Paris.

Overall, the hotel is nice and has everything you need. The daily breakfast is terrific! My only complaint is that the overhead lights weren't working in our room and the shower head didn't work... It was clean, and in general, well maintained. But these issues should be corrected.

Disappointed with condition. Reception looked good but on the floor there was always stinking smell . Housekeeping was not good ,staff did not clean the room well. It’s winter time so heating had to kept on but became so hot we were not able to sleep and we had open Windows, regulator did not work.

Great Hotel, Scary Car Park!
Lovely trip to Paris, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Just be aware that if you do drive and park at the hotel that it is not recommended for large cars. We had a large SUV and the entrance to the car park is small and it gets smaller as you descend. You then get on a car lift which was terrifying as the car barely fit and we couldn’t have escaped out the doors or sun roof if we’d had any issues. It was both low and narrow and quite worrying. Other than that, the hotel was very pleasant and breakfast good value.

Extremely convenient place to stay if you are visiting the Porte de Versailles Expo centre as it is just across the road. Helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Great experience
Meŕcure Hotel Porte de Versailles is well located infront of train and tram way station which makes it easily to move within the city. Hotel is comfortable and staff is very friendly.

Great location
This hotel is reasonably priced with a great location (25 mins walk from Eiffel Tower and close to shops and restaurants). The room was comfortable, although the bathroom often became too wet when completing simple tasks like washing my face. The hotel could do with some paint. The staff were amazing and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for an overall enjoyable stay in a wonderful city!

Clean and cozy. The only complaint is that they don’t offer shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Thank god I always travel with my own stuff.

I requested they clean my room because the sheets they put had a stain and the bed liner was dirty and they only changed the sheets. I was unhappy with the cleanliness and they also tried to charge me for breakfasts that I did not have.

This hotel was beyond excellent and very understanding. Although our check-in time was suppose to be at 3pm, they allowed us to check in almost four hours earlier without any additional costs associated with it. House keeping came every day and changed all the towels with new and fresh ones, refilled coffee, made the beds and overall kept it tidy. They also have a beautiful lounge area and a printer and computer to use as well. The view from the room was breathtaking. The hotel staff were so kind, they helped us book a taxi to the airport the morning we left and when we were stressed out about missing our flight because we woke up slightly later than we were suppose to, a staff member came out to assure us that we will be on time and that the airport we are going to is not that large and it should not take too long to get through the security and check-in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Paris. It is in a great location and it is a forty minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. It is also right next to the bus stop and metro. They also speak and understand English, which was very helpful for us being people who do not speak French. Thank you for all your help! :)

The hotel was in a very good location with Paris metro station only few steps away. There are many restaurants and cafe nearby. The room was big and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean too. We got regular housekeeping for our 4 nights stay. Special thanks to the manager, “Mr. Prabir” for his immediate assistance to make our stay very comfortable. He also arranged the Taxi for us at 4 am to take us to the airport. Overall this is a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean! The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping and the breakfast peeps. The location is safe and it was a relief after hours of walking around Paris during the heat wave. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. We’ll be sure to stay here if we visit Paris again.
