Amazing hotel in the heart of paris
It was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and they communicated through what’s app for all of our needs which made it super easy. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. They even upgraded us to a bigger room which was very kind of them. We will surely come back very soon.

Weird service didnt refill minibar before my star and had to argue for charges, room smelled a bit like seage, rugs old, gym not open early enough, 62 eur breakfast for omelette coffee and juice. Good location and great bellman tho. Good gym in the spa. Overall not worth thousands per night

A wonderful hotel in the main so its disappointing to say that the service in the main bar was at best, very average. I wouldn't let this put you off but if I am paying 100 euro for 4 drinks (2 of these were bottles of beer) then I want service quicker than 30 minutes ... they weren't even busy. This happened on more than one occasion and on more than one day of our 3 day stay so it wasn't an isolated incident. A real shame as other than that it was a lovely stay.

Highly Recommended. The location is central as the hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Champs Elysees. Staff are friendly and happy to help e.g. sort out our transport for when there was protest on the check out day. The Saturday brunch was lovely and has a good selection of sweets and desserts.

Heart of Paris
Royal Monceau was a relaxing getaway in the very heart of Paris. The Arc de Triomphe is steps away, and the concierge (Richard) was really helpful with recommendations for things to do. The pool in the basement is amazing, a must-visit! The room was really unique, the bed was centered in the middle at an angle, and the design/artwork is really contemporary. The Clarins products are a great perk! The cocktails at the bar will give you some sticker shock (€30 per drink) but were really unique/original, so we had to try them. Service is super attentive and personalized; we felt like staff definitely knew who we were and paid attention to us. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, staff weren't so great. Definitely didn't treat us like 5 star clientele. Couldn't even get service at the restaraunt which had only 10 people in it.

True Five Star Grandeur
The Royal Manceau offers the ultimate 5 star hotel experience. No detail is overlooked. Even the high quality guitar (yes, guitar) in my room was perfectly tuned. The decor is superb -- far more interesting than the George V where I usually stay. You feel like you are in the guest room of some very tasteful person's 8th arron. home. Treat yourself!

Hotel is expensive. You can't phone another Rome before 9 o'clock, fine but they don't tell you. My children got very alarmed when they couldn't contact us. 10 minutes queue for a table at breakfast time lots of nonresidents doing business breakfasts. Wanted tea at 4:30 PM in the tearoom Full of reserved tables. when eventually we managed to sit down the tea was terrible

The hotel was absolutely lovely, the staff extremely helpful and friendly and, the food quite wonderful! A restful three days for mother and daughter.

Had a wonderful stay. Impressed on many fronts. Would definitely go back. Right near Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees. Concierge desk is spectacular.
