Rude staff, tiny beds
The front desk staff was rude, the beds were too small, and there was no elevator. The ratings of this hotel online are misleading, this hotel deserves 1 star (for location). You're better off paying a little more and staying in a friendlier, comfortable room.

No Frills But No Worries
The only thing negative I can say about this place is that there is no elevator. The owner however is quick to offer his assistance in carrying your luggage up the steep staircase. Once inside the room, it provides everything you need. Soft sheets. Clean room. Solid bathroom with a shower. My girlfriend and I only stayed here one night on our way out of Paris, but it was perfectly adequate and affordable and in a cool lively area.

Nice hotel very near Gare Montparnasse in Paris.
Hotel staff were very friendly. They always are available to return your key if you are out late into the evening. The hotel rooms are small but well outfitted with good, e.g., bathroom fixtures, plenty of hot water, etc. Room was very comfortable with nice french window that can be opened. Not AC but there is heat. Even in a warm July, using the fan in the evening brought cool air into room. The stairway winds up for 4 floors. If one were large, it could become a challenge, I would think.

Small but comfortable
Small Hotel located walking distance to Gare Montparnasse. No elevator, but rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was very helpful. We would use again.

Convenient Location and great staff
I stayed here during a very busy week in Paris when my usual hotels were all booked up. The staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel doesn't have many of the facilities of a larger hotel as it is quite small, but it fit my needs perfectly on a business trip.

hôtel bien situé, propre. Mais ce n'est pas l'hôtel cosy ni confortable que j'imaginais à plus de 120 € la nuit (sans petit déjeuner). Vieillot. Chambre petite. Au 4ème étage sans ascenceur. Pour finir, l'accueil ne me fournit pas de facture de la chambre et semble ne aps apprécier que je sois passer par hotel.com pour réserver ma chambre.

Cher Monsieur, je ne comprend pas que vous ayez mal pris la réponse pour un refus de vous donner la facture .je vous ai expliqué que vous avez payé chez hotel.com et que vous avez reçu leur facture dans votre boite mail et c'est à eux de vous donner la facture , et moi je dois facturer à hotel.com . il est inutile de tourner à votre avantage la situation en supposant que je n'ai pas apprécié que vous soyez par ce distributeur ..
